Comfy beds. Paid an upgrade once to move out of the basement and have a small deck. The bees were so bad we couldn't use it. Housekeeping brought us air freshener to kill the bees. It took about an hour for maintenance to come. In the meantime we asked to be moved again. That would have been another upgrade fee to get away from the bees because we would have been able to see the lake and we did not pay for a room where we could see the lake. I'm fairly certain we were the only guests. We never got to use the deck we paid extra for. Check out is 10:30. Housekeeping knocked at 10:32. I mean, I get it. There were no more rooms to clean. This used to be our favorite motel in Wisconsin Dells. I can't imagine we will be back.

The location was amazing , minutes away from literally everything. The view from our room was beautiful and right on the lake. So nice this place has an indoor pool and hot tub as well as outdoor. For the price we paid, this place was great. Room had everything we needed and beds were suuuper comfortable. The only thing was that the toilet in our room was broken and it continuously was running water so it made a loud running water sound all night. We didn't report it to the hotel but I'm pretty sure if we did, they would have done something about it.

We tried to pay the total amount when booking and the hotel only charged an intial deposit amount instead of allowing to pay the whole price!! Then they hit us with extra fees when we got there above the difference between the deposit and final price Expedia showed!! We won't be staying here again!!

These were basement rooms. No garden view. It was more like swimming pool view and the room a weird smell.

Location and price Needs to be updated but note we stayed in cabins that had direct access to the beach and water so pretty decent for someone with those as important

The hotel was clean. You can tell it is an older hotel and some places were worn, but honestly that is sort of the charm. It was build before the big resorts was a thing. For the price it was a good place to stay. I would return.
