Loved the location and the view A bit past its prime but still comfortable Musty smell is n some of the areas

The outdoor amenities are are very nice. Indoor pool and rooms are basic, but fine.

The location was perfect! Not too far from the downtown attractions. Nice beach and picnic area. Very clean! Loved the kitchenette. So much better than a hotel. Will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed the resort. Unfortunately it rained all weekend (In September) we enjoyed our visit. Pool was comfortable and we even swam in the outdoor pool til the rain got cold. Other couple we stayed with said bed was uncomfortable but dealt with it. Was nice to have a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Will stay here again.

Nice condo- kitchen was great. Staff was rude upon check-in. I feel staff need to be taught laws on service animals. I felt talked down to and almost scolded upon arrival even though I had emailed with someone else prior to arrival. I made sure to almost stay outta sight with my service dog. According to the ADA Title III Regulations, a guest with a disability who uses a service dog(s) has the exact same right to reserve any available room as any other guest. Hotel Room Assignment Restrictions No "Service Dog Rooms": A hotel cannot isolate handlers into specific wings, floors, or designated rooms out of consideration for other guests or staff allergies. No Mandatory "Pet-Friendly" Rooms: If a hotel has a designated block of pet-friendly rooms, they cannot force a service dog handler to stay in them. The handler can book a luxury suite, a standard room, or any other tier they choose. Exclusion Exceptions: The only physical areas a hotel can restrict a service dog from are inherently dangerous or sterile zones. For example, a service dog is allowed on a pool deck but is strictly banned from entering the pool water. The condo itself was great, but as a whole or experience was not good.

This place by far is one of the best places my boyfriend and I stayed at here in the Dells. We were here for his Birthday and he just LOVED it!! Unfortunately due to the rain we were not able to enjoy the beach front amenities. Otherwise that would have been 5 stars as well. We are coming back forsure.

The air conditioning unit blew right in your face while trying to sleep , didn’t have that issue when we stayed before , chlorine was very strong in indoor pool area, good to be sanitary , but room could have been cleaner. vacuuming was needed. And a few other things, But it was noted they were short staffed. overall the stay was nice , nice view and staff , the area outside was kept clean.

This is an older property so it is important to remember that-however, it is well maintained with great clean pools, beach front, free kayaks and paddle board and lovely views. The rooms are a bit out-dated but clean and comfortable. Lovely views-quiet-and staff are so wonderful. Will come again!

We love the resort very well maintenance, super friendly and family atmosphere. Staff very friendly. The only thing our room wasn’t the clean I asked to please change the sheets, vacuum the floor and clean the web spiders. Awesome place to spend with family and friends.

Housekeeping and general maintenance was severely lacking. Food on the walls in the kitchenette; toothpaste and other substances on the walls in the bathroom. Toilet was missing its bolt caps, so the rusty bolts were visible. The shower head was so lime-scaled that it shot out one jet stream that couldn't be adjusted and was black with what looked like mildew. Bathroom and closet door handles were so loose they could have fallen off. Seat cushions on the chairs were dirty and stained. The wall AC unit spat out a black soot-like material onto the bedspread. Corners of the ceiling had cobwebs in them. Not sure the carpeting had been vacuumed based on the hair on it near the floor lamp. There were weeds in many of the flower beds and along the edge of the beach. The wood decks, railings, and over-sized Adirondak chair were all in need of painting. While the outdoor pool and splash pads were fenced, a hotel key was not required to access these areas or the beach/deck areas. We did not use the property amenities over concern of maintenance and cleanliness.

This hotel looks like a nice property but once we got into the pet friendly room we went to go get a bowl out of the cabinet and there was water in all of the stacked bowls like someone washed them and put them away with out drying them. The floors were all sticky, it was not a clean room. The pool did not look clean it looked cloudy and gross we didn't even go in because it looked so bad. We will definitely not stay here ever again!
