Had to move hotels due to getting bites from bed bugs didn't notice until started itching and seen all the raised welts on legs and arm.

Things got stolen, and the drug bag was in my room on the floor when we got back from the store. It was not there when I left, and nothing was done about It.

Did not clean and would not provide broom, mop, or cleaners. I was told long stay had to do the cleaning and provide the cleaners, was not told that when I signed the paper to check in. Also, my things were stolen. Nothing was done about it by the office or police. I shouldn't have been responsible for reporting it to the number the police have me. when I called the police. Also, I went to the store, and when we got back, a plastic bag was on the floor with white powder in it. I do not do drugs and shouldn't have been in my room. It was not there when I left. I took it straight to the office, and nothing was done about it. The one light by the bathroom did not work.

It was close to the venue I was attending and room rate was better than most. My request for a ground floor room or near the elevator on an upper floor didn’t happen. The elevator had issues reaching the third floor where we were roomed. The bedding was stained. We did see a couple roaches that we promptly dealt with.

Location was kinda sketchy didnt feel completely secure.

Waited about ten minutes to check in, but employee was pleasant and efficient. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and although bed was well made, sheets appeared stained and were a turn off. The bathroom was in such bad shape-dirty, tiles moldy etc, I didn't use the tub/shower. About 1/2 hour after checking in another employee attempted to barge right in without a knock. I had the security bar on, but scared me enough I barely slept all night. Room STUNK of cigarette smoke. The ceiling over the open closet area (no hangers), looked like it would cave in at any time (obvious previous water damage with the drywall bulging). I hoped to hang around town the next day, but ended up leaving for home before 7:30 a.m. PS, no place to get coffee either!

Had to sleep with all the lights on. Bought a can of Cockroache killer. Bugs everywhere. Manager denies there are bugs even after I presented a handful of dead bugs/roaches
