There was nothing to like about this dumpster What a disaster, very bad location way out of the area nothing around it,very unfriendly staff,the bathroom door wouldn’t close,the phone in the room was not working.the kitchen didn’t have anything.we booked room with breakfast but they had only two muffins and a bone dry coffee dispenser,when I asked them they just rudely answered this is what we have as breakfast.

Parking was good, the front desk staff was very nice and check-in was easy and efficient. The "breakfast," which is advertised as pastries/muffins, coffee, and fruit, was coffee and it was old and nasty. Plus, there were a bunch of people sitting in the room with the coffee, not drinking or eating anything but staring at people who dared enter.

Not really a breakfast- just muffins, granola bars and coffee!!! No chairs in lobby. The linoleum in the bathroom was coming up, the paint on the kitchen was all chipped on the cabinets. The “security “latch on the door was broken!!! The room smelled like pot. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and irritated my asthma I will never stay there again! It was a terrible experience and I can’t believe how much I paid for it Breakfast Staff could have been friendlier and more knowledgeable about the area (couldn’t help with a restaurant recommendation) Could have been cleaner- my bed sheet Was torn!!

The room advertise pots and pans and essentials for the room. They don’t have it available until day three of my stay. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all very rude. When ask questions kept referring back. Talk to manager on Monday. Talk to manager on Tuesday, but wasn’t helpful the hallway get it on the elevator and off smell like urine just overall horrible stay don’t recommend at all.

There is no key card, so there is only one employee available to open the door for each group of guests individually. This results in a long waiting time and also raises safety and security concerns.

There are stains on the carpet in the hallway and rooms. And stains on the countertops

Definitely will not be coming back to this location, they were in the middle of pest control audit or something along those lines and duely needed as I left with many bug bites all over my legs and feet most likely from bedbugs

The property looks okay from the outside, but ends there. Room was okay...heater/AC didnt work and the refrigerator was noisy. Got up around 630am and went down for coffee...was in formed by the front desk, "Coffee is cooking, come back in 30 mins," decide to just head to a coffee shop. What a joke.
