The room was clean… couldn’t find the switch for the floor lamp in the dark

I like the hotel, it’s clean, and updated. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It could get a little noisy with the planes, but it’s doable. The breakfast is good with scrambled eggs and sausage. It even had an option of a big Belgium waffle or four smaller waffles.

We had a bad experience and after many phone calls and many emails talking to the manager, having to go over the manager to talk to a district manager to resolve the issue finally, they gave us a full refund. And comped a weekend stay.

Drawbacks: Location is VERY noisy with planes taking off at all hours day and night Did not use the bar/bistro. DO NOT want to see them turn this into a Marriott and discontinue their breakfast service!

Nice rooms and helpful staff

The room was spotless. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We wake up late during our stay so we missed out on breakfast but I'm sure that was wonderful too. The location is very pleasant, we felt safe, its clean, and we loved our view right next to the ocean

to our concert at the coliseum. Everyone at reception was very nice and they had a 10 Dollar shuttle to the airport. This location was also very close to the airport and not far from the concert venue. It is a fantastic In between both locations. The continental breakfast was also quite generous. The room was very clean and true to The photos posted online. My group found no issues. The area is industrial so I could Take a walk outside and get some fresh air at night. Overall great stay!

We have stayed here many times, and were pleasantly surprised by the updated decor and overall very good condition. The free breakfast provided is good, and the coffee is also very good. The downside was the two non-functioning treadmills in the exercise room although my husband was later told that he could use the gym in the sister hotel next door. There was only one variety of red and white wine available in the bar, and the tonic was also “in absentia”. Hopefully this situation will be remedied, and we would definitely return as the location is perfect, and the hotel is extremely clean.

A short stay but everything was my very nice, especially the extensive and appealing breakfast spread. Only complaint is that it’s hard to find, apparently buried in a large business park without signs at the street to guide new arrivals.
