Home2 Suites by Hilton Alameda Oakland Airport

Exceptional

Clean, comfortable and staff was friendly

Everything

Superb

Stayed 2 nights and very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities the room offered. Comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, partial kitchen that we did not take advantage of, but definitely would have if staying longer. Has the little extras you may need. It is a great place to stay if you are staying short or long-term. Ate breakfast one morning but plenty to choose from and was recognizable food, not like some of other hotels that say you get a warm breakfast and have no idea what they are serving. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I don't like that have to be a member to get a welcome bag. It's bad enough that the price are so high. You shough be welcoming to everyone not just members. And you should not take it out on your staff it's the management that should make it welcoming for every one.

Great stay, love the full size fridge. AC is cold and the smart TV with Netflix and streaming services is a huge plus. Very clean and close to the airport.

I like having a place that makes you feel at home. All the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Clean room, great staff, easy shuttle from and to airport, great breakfast, room and amenities very comfortable.

Size of room, breakfast, room amenities Nothing

舒适安静休息的好地方！

Location Room had full amenities for long stays.

Great staff and rooms so at safe area

Computers were down and I missed a baseball game because I was waiting on check ins .

Convenient location and friendly staff

Convenient location near the Oakland Airport. Across the street was a cafe, Cafe Jolie. The staff was great. Neither this hotel nor the Hampton had a real restaurant, which was a let down the first night as I was tired. The Hampton had a sandwich, salad bar. The sofa in our room was torn, and the beds were not comfortable.

Nice stay

I think this is one of the best hotel we ever visited. Staff were super nice, facility is super clean, food was great and location is ideal. I would absolutely recommend this place and revisit for sure! The parking was for a fee! They charged me twice for two rooms although it was one car only. They eventually fixed it I also thought it was for free in the first place

Good
