Best Western Plus Paper Valley Hotel

The carpet had stains and lounge chair in the room was dirty. The location was good,

The staff was amazing. I had an issue, not with anything concerning the hotel and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great.

The staff was great. The problem was that the rooms are falling apart. The toilet paper holder was just about to fall off the wall. The sink faucet was loos on the sink.

We arrived a couple hours early and were allowed to check in. Michael and Sally were super helpful, the breakfast buffet was really good with an attendant keeping watch things were clean and stocked. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was a 10. Used the pool and at check in received 2bottles of water and a bag of microwave popcorn. Great location walking distance to the mall. Would definitely stay there again. 5 stars out of 5. Ps great pillows

Front desk gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the shower was great with very high water flow.

When I left the hotel at 4:30am for my flight, there were 5-6 people in the lounge area (no luggage). Some were sleeping and some wandering around. They did not appear to be guests. No attendant in sight. I felt very uncomfortable about the situation and leaving my keys at the counter. As nice as the facility is, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Exceptional

A variety of breakfast items, fresh fruit! Clean hotel, quiet, and comfortable.

Location and beautiful building Men harassed me and the management didn’t kick them out fast enough. It was scary

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room smelled musty and the bathroom had mold in the shower. The breakfast was good.

Going through a remodel so a few messes were expected staff was very nice and accommodating

The staff was friendly, and the lobby area was nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and relatively comfortable and definitely worth the price. Dog friendly was definitely a bonus. I would stay here again. Traffic in the area was terrible, which I understand is not the hotels fault. Air conditioner made too much noise at night keeping our dog awake.

The and breakfast was vary good.

The smart TV was not very smart. It was EXTREMELY difficult to navigate the guide feature to find desired channels. There was no printed channel guide either. A staff person tried to figure out the guide feature, but was unsuccessful.

I would love to stay here Again! So clean so beautiful Staff was nice 100% recommend

Clean property in a nice and quiet area surrounded by food and a mall what else can you ask for?

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom

Place was clean, staff was helpful and friendly amd breakfast was fantastic

The staff were really nice. Had 2 of the sweetest & most kind ladies talk to me one of the days I was staying. I think it was Friday they made my whole day. It needs some updating in the rooms, other than that it’s great.

El lugar es muy lindo, nada ruidoso, y la ubicación cerca del centro comercial, perfecto
