Spark by Hilton Appleton

All Great, beds were comfortable, parking was easy.

Clean room and lobby. Nice for the price.

The breakfast wasn't good .the toaster didn't work and it wasn't a Continent breakfast.

Awesome place to stay for value and quality

Front desk was rude. Charged us an upcharge on the room to get 2 beds per room when the selection we made to reserve the room said room type would be determined at check in, not "one bed".

Horrible staff and hotel

This hotel is extremely small. The rooms are tiny. My back hurt so much after staying for a night. The breakfast was terrible. I was expecting eggs and sausage and they literally only had bagels, cold cereal, the apples were going bad and the bananas all had spots. I’m very surprised these were options. The boiled egg I had was OLD. This place is ok. I would not return due to a hurt back from the bed. Staff not friendly and don’t say hello or greet you.

I didn't care for having to leave a $100 deposit down for Amenities. Stayed one night and it will take 3-4 days to receive that back. Never had to do that before. I understand some people can be rough on things, but .... Sad. Otherwise the hotel was nice. Staff friendly.

Clean room and helpful staff

King bed with clean room

Very good. Nice beds.

Value for the money was excellent

Newly remodeled, excellent staff with manager on duty to meet guests. Staff very helpful, fantastic.

Property was clean. There is no coffee maker or microwave. You needed to request an ice bucket. Breakfast was very basic, apple, bannanas, and bagels. We chose to skip breakfast. Our bathroom door didn't close. Staff was pleasant the price was decent

This was very clean but definitely no frills. Room was small, no in room coffee or ice bucket. Breakfast was minimal.

Was a great stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was meh, but at least it was something and it was complimentary.

La propriété exceptionnelle

Room key failed to work 3 times. 3 trips to the front desk to fix it.

Newly remodeled. Ownership is heavily involved and staff is excellent. This is an excellent hotel for business or family travel. Breakfast and lobby area is fantastic and free breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.

The room was small but comfortable. The air conditioner was very loud so it we were only able to use the fan, so it got stuffy in the room. An ice machine was a couple of doors down that was very noisy when it was used.
