The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Area was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is our second time staying here. We're from Minnesota. The pool and gym was also great.

They had dark roast coffee!! My room had a broken blind, but late night staff was super helpful. Breakfast is better than most- yummy mini scones!

Convenient and quiet Breakfast was a little light on options.

Pricey pet fee. Most expensive I’ve seen. $75. No reason for that at all

Very clean. Very nice staff. Actually, a pretty typical Hampton Inn experience. The only real issue is that the breakfast never has much my wife can eat. But that is primarily because of her dietary issues. Not sure what you could do about that.

For a "100% Non-smoking" hotel, it is so nice that the hotel ensures I have to walk directly through a smokers area to enter any door. Not sure how they don't smell the permeation of the cigarette and weed smell all through the lobby and any entrance. Won't bother staying here again. Front desk staff also seemed completely indifferent to being present at the front desk when I checked in. Front desk was completely empty when I wanted to check out. Ended up just leaving my key on their computer.

Everyone was nice but I got charged double on my credit card

The staff was over the stop helpful. We had a clean and comfortable room that we appreciated. Loved the breakfast options. Very conveniently located with a walking path over to the mall. Plenty of parking options as well.
