Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Asheville - Outlet Mall

The entire stay was magnificen. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. The cranberry juice was very good. Free parking was a plus! We have no complaints about the hotel or staff.

Check in and out was easy. The staff was very professional. Each and every staff member always greeted us with a smile. Thank you ♥️ Everything.

The location was good! Is not a 5 star hotel. The room had a very bad smell of Marijuana

Everything it was nice

Wonderfully friendly staff. They were all, each one of them, very friendly, very accommodating. Every time I'm in Asheville this is where I will stay. Literally there was nothing not to like for me. Quiet, comfortable and friendly. Maybe the breakfast a little light in certain areas.... No bacon for instance... I don't know if that was each morning or not, but that's not enough for me not to give this place 10's. Waffles were great, sausage, biscuits and gravy were perfect... Nothing not to like honestly... I guess the parking is a little tight. Not tons of parking space.... But that didn't affect me at all.

price was good for what it was. was pretty clean. fake wood over old carpet probably source of VERY strong mildew smell in room. ac extremely loud. check in slow. first impression was strong marijuana smell. bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean with a welcoming lobby space. Fine for a night or two. There was not enough parking. My husband and I returned from a wedding in the evening and there were no open spots in the parking lot. Literally, not a single one. We had to park along the curb. There was another family arriving behind me, and they also had nowhere to park. There's no public parking anywhere near the hotel and a major highway immediately in front of the hotel, so if the lot is full, I suppose you'd have to park at the outlets across the street (?). If the hotel doesn't have enough spots to accommodate everyone they book, then they need to book fewer guests.

The space was clean and comfortable, walls are on the thinner side and can result in hearing neighbors especially TV sounds. Breakfast was delicious, staff worked hard to keep food fresh and stocked.

Superb

The hotel was very well-maintained and clean. Our room was a nice size and also very clean. The large refrigerator was an added bonus. The breakfast was adequate. My husband liked the waffles. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We used the laundry facilities and they were well-maintained too.

Staff is great! King sized bed was lump and made noise every time we rolled over. Pillows need more of them. The room was clean.

Good location for our visit to Biltmore Estate. It was very clean and quiet.
