Customer service here is top notch! Couldn't ask for more personable, friendly staff. Room was very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed and extra pillows. King suite had a couch and small kitchen area, a desk, and because it was on the corner, it had lots of windows. We liked everything.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff has become like family. Great clean rooms and wonderful environment.

About 10 mins from downtown ashville , 20-30 mins from hiking trails and breweries and an apple orchard and very welcoming staff and clean.

Beautiful room. Had bar sink for dishes and good business work table. Breakfast was great. Good service. Full five stars.

The breakfast was delicious! The location was also great. There was nothing that I didn't like. My sister and I both enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable too. I loved the shower.

Breakfast was “meh”. Location was good, and staff was friendly. Breakfast—options were greasy, sweet, or carbohydrate-heavy. Fruit not in great condition. Glad for the hard boiled eggs!

We loved our three-night stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Our room had lovely decor and felt cozy and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The temperature was easy to adjust, keeping us cool during the day and warm at night. Even though our windows faced the road, the room was quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated the thoughtful housekeeping. While we were out, the staff replaced our towels and emptied the trash, leaving all our personal belongings exactly where we had placed them.

Everything was good, apart from the indoor pool could have been heated warmer. It wasn't pleasant to be in & we got our after 5 mins.

As always great stay very clean rooms and wonderful staff.

I had been asleep all day and around 7pm the hotel calls the phone to claim a cleaning lady saw "paraphernalia" in our room and had pictures when we had been asleep since 11am. Plus our dogs had not barked... When first checking in the manager asked us out reason for the stay, I explained buying property waiting for a house to be built. But we were treated badly from the start. Them some for or cleaning man had a PET CAT, not on a leash just following him around inside the hotel and out side.... Causing my dog's and other dogs to freak out... That's terrible and discussing. Plus that Man would walk around looking into all vehicles like a weird person. We felt very uncomfortable and judges then we were rolled to leave a day before check out and lied on and to. This was a TERRIBLE experience.
