Great location in The Battery. We were surprised to see that our room had a separate bedroom and living room area, which was nice. The room smelled a bit musty and our toilet had a leak, but they were quick to come and fix it. The lobby area is very nice and the staff was kind to accommodate an early check in. You do have to pay to park in a parking deck next to the hotel, which is $35 per day.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Our only problem was that the thermostat wouldn’t change so the room was really cold, and the room definitely had a cigarette smell to it. But with how little we actually were in the room, the proximity to the battery made it worth it.

I loved the location! Jarvis was wonderful and Craig! Maintenance technician was also wonderful fixing my toilet! Everything was absolutely Amazing I had a Blast! Until the time I was getting ready to leave. 1 of the Front Desk ladies on Sunday September 6th, 2026. Was not very helpful for me. Called the security or supervisor to say I was bothering the guest and panhandling them. When all I was trying to do was get help to get back to the Greyhound Bus Station! I had CASH, but I didn't have anymore money on my credit card to get an Uber. I was trying to give my CASH to someone if they could put the same amount on my venmo card, or just call me a UBER! That's All! I needed HELP! Thank God a gentleman and lady downstairs overheard everything and the gentleman called me a UBER and waited outside with me for the car to arrive. Thank God I made it on time to my Bus and made it back home to Panama City Beach Florida!

The location was great for attending a game a Truist Park. The pillows were terrible. I dont know why it's so har for hotels to have decent pillows. The flatten out quickly and I may as well have not even used one. The room next to ours also had a phone that must have been off the cradle because all night through the wall I heard a busy signal. I texted the front desk as a resonse to a message they sent earlier asking how my stay was going. I sent the message at 11:22pm and did not hear back. Around 5:30am i tried calling the front desk and just got a busy signal. It was not until after 8am they sent someone from maintenance to the room to fix the phone that was not hung up properly that kept me up all night because all I could hear in my bedroom was the busy tone. He asked why i didnt tell someone sooner and I said I notified the desk at 11:22pm. He said someone was on staff at the time.and they should have sent someone. Wellllllll, they didnt. All it needed was someone from the hotel to enter the room and hang up the phone, maintenance department not needed.

We won't stay here again because our bathroom had roaches that I hear Georgia affectionately calls water bugs. The countertops in room had brown spots that resembled cigarette burns and the worn micro fiber couch needs replaced.
-
The location of the hotel was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. Little maintenance is needed around the hallways doorways, and in my closet, you could tell that it was leaking or that it did leak once there before . Im my room because you can see it against the wall so certain places I saw mold, black mold.

The property needs to be updated. There’s a mold, mildew smell in the hallways, as well as some of the hotel rooms. The housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the bathrooms. My stay was extremely disappointing. Definitely would not return.

We didn't get the room we paid for and tge staff was uninterested in trying to correct. The restaurant food was mediocre at best and tge staff there was also very inattentive and seemed even annoyed their facility was being used. Great location and clean, but plan on sleeping there only.

Walk to Braves game Shower is old and needs updating

Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a short walk if needing to attend any event at the Truist park. And so many food restaurants in The Battery to choose from.
