Omni Hotel At The Battery Atlanta

The customer service at the hotel was fantastic!! The room was excellent!!! The location was perfect!! I'm going to definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!!! Everything about this hotel was excellent!!! It wasn't nothing I didn't like about this hotel

Location. Cleanliness. Staff was fabulous! Bed and pillows! Bed was too hard and pillows were very soft and lumpy!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Outside the elevators on our floor (7) smelled like mold/mildew. There was a hair in our shower that was not blonde. We all have blonde hair and it was long so not sure how well shower was cleaned. The rest of the hotel and bathroom was clean! The view and vicinity to the Roxy was amazing! The charge for incidentals was as 100$ a night that is crazy! I am use to 100$ a stay and the only parking option is 60$ valet parking a night which is crazy! Otherwise good hotel!

Great hotel! We were only there for one night for a concert so we didn’t get to enjoy the amentities, but it is a beautiful place to stay!

I thought the breakfast would be free for what we paid. I liked that I didn't have to do anything as far as cleaning. That's the best part of staying at any hotel. Also loved the valet parking. It was nice not having to treck back and forth from car to room. I didn't like that I pulled a long ass blonde hair and a long ass brunette hair strand from the bath towels. The cable froze up every 30 to 45 min for 15 min the whole stay. Didn't realize I booked a weekend that a 5k race was being done...not the hotel's fault. We got 2 free drink vouchers but never could figure out how to get them from "the coffee bar" as indicated on the voucher. No one was ever at the coffee bar.

Beautiful hotel ! A perfect experience for our Anniversary! The National Anthem restaurant was wonderful as well.

Hotel's location ar Truist Park drives everything to include price. Rooms, room amenities and overall hotel amenities are 3 stars at the most. Common areas are beautiful and well planned to bad the rooms are not! They are plain without normal amenities you would find in 5 star hotel! Easy access to Truist Park is the only draw for this hotel at the prices they charge. If your going to ball game or event by far best place to stay.

Tv kept going in and out they kept putting us off promised free night for future stay never happened

It's so convenient for ballgames but they really are gouging charging the clients with that high of price. I could see 500.00bit 1500.00 and up. Not that nice Price
