Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Bolingbrook

Very satisfied with our stay. We only stayed one night, but was easily located, clean and helpful staff. Free breakfast is always nice. The only gripe I have is the water pressure in shower was poor and upon arriving had very little TP (no full rolls). The tasty biscuit was really good that’s located down the street.

The hotel was clean , breakfast buffet was awesome!

Only thing that was sub par was a lukewarm shower. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain Otherwise no complaints

Very clean nice looking hotel the room smelt great The bed was horrendous may as well roll a sheet up for a pillow and sleep out on the sidewalk me and my girlfriend both had troubles sleeping due to the bed

There was a neighbor at room 417 who, till the very, very, early morning past 2:30 AM ( Saturday into Sunday),who had his music so loud that I saw a few other people on the floor figuring out whose room it was coming from. Not only did the young male smell of cannabis himself, but when in the elevator, had it smell awful also.. it wasn’t till a few people called down to the desk requesting action be taken did he FINALLY toned it down. Besides that disturbance, Fairfield Bolingbrook is and will always be my top hotel to stay in

I had a great stay at this hotel. I was able to check in early, which made the whole trip start smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional. Always smiling and helpful.” The room and common areas were clean and comfortable. And small touches like the fresh coffee really added to the experience. The location was perfect too, with plenty of places to eat and explore just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay there again There was nothing not too like.

Love the breakfast and the hotel in general, but I could hear the conversation in the room next to me at night.

It was a clean room and the breakfast was amazing! Only complaint was the room next to ours played loud music that you could hear down the whole hallway until at least 6 in the morning when it woke me up. The walls are paper thin so that didn’t help.

Its in a great location, plenty of surrounding restaurants and grocery stores. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly. No complaints

Monique was a very friendly and efficient person to work with. I never got the pleasure to meet her in person but she left an impression with me that was genuine and that is free and far between, so thank you Monique. I did not enjoy the parking situation and believe it requires further study. The QR code that is printed is a pain in the you know what and didn't work half the time. Many customers had to help each other in and out and share secrets on how to open the gate without issue, otherwise one can be stuck in the parking lot for awhile!
