Management is very nice and helpful, made my stay welcoming as can be.

Photos in Expedia profile look better that reality, not very well kept and maintained. Staff may try but it's noticeable there is no plan ongoing to improve the place or its conditions. We arrived here because another property oversold and had to pick a place quick. look great on the screen, but not well convinced after we arrived. Location is very convenient but not too convinced on the infrastructure. Maybe some love, cleaning and dutiful diligence could improve things in general. I would not complain if the property wouldn't have looked so well in the pictures, or if they fix things inside the rooms, do some cleaning around and care for the cow, not just milk it.

Roaches in the room upon arrival and when we were leaving. Asked an employee about where the ice machine was just to find out it was broken.

Don’t ever stay here! Property owners at this hotel will not allow you to check in late without having your credit card run for incidentals in person. Trying to contact them they repeatedly hung up on me and dismissed my calls. Simply the worst hotel in Western New York.

location the whole building have a bad smell even the rooms have it , the bugs in the rooms , dust in the room even on the furniture , wash room is dirty and no stuff in the washroom for use , bed sheets are dirty totally trash that’s why i check out in 2 hours

Nothing Cramped small room. Vanity nonexistant save a tiny vanity sink as part of the kitchenette. No ho water here. Toilet / bath looked old and not clean. Floor level grout around tub was not clean. Representation in Booking.com is completely misleading. Immediately checked out after return from dinner.

The room was not clean. The bathroom was not clean and the shower was unusable.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned at all. Bedding was piled on bed and trash can was full. The replacement room was clean and presentable but shower was lukewarm and toilet didn’t flush. Staff was friendly enough and did move us to a new room

This was attached to a Red Roof Inn. They appeared to be housing homeless people. This was not a no smoking hotel. The room was filthy, stained bedding, bed had urine smell, sink was full of hair clippings. AC was obnoxiously loud, full of gunk and hot. Not all outlets or lights worked and worst of all, the smoke detector was falling off the wall and non functioning. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This property is very horribly taken care of, very dirty and run down wasn’t able to stay one night because it was too bad they need to do better. There was people hanging out around the property it felt like it was a shelter

Location was close to I90 for continuation of travel plans etc. Cleanliness was a little lacking and AC did not work in one of the rooms making it an uncomfortable night after a hot summer day.

Staff are rude. Have spent a lot of money with them to book for my area techs working. And they were extremely rude and didn't make it easy to check in. Making them pay out of pocket for additional days that were already paid for

The sink handle was broken and hard to use, as was the toilet handle.

LOCATION DIRTY, NO LIGHT BULBS IN BEDSIDE TABLE LAMPS, HAIR DRYER BROKEN, TRASH DUMPTERS OVER FLOWING, POOR LIGHTING IN STAIRWAYS
