Hospitality Inn - Buffalo Airport

Hi...My first impression was cold atmosphere. The closed in area around the main desk was not welcoming. We were talking through a hole in the plexiglass to the receptionist. She asked if we had reservations and we told her we made them on line. She looked for a room for us, but had no conversation. She was quite cold. The room we stayed in was clean, but no tissues, no soap dish on the sink, and no hand towels. The main door cold use some cleaning and paint. The room next to ours they had the tv on loud all through the night. Where the hotel is close to the main road we heard traffic all night. Needless to say we didn't sleep well. We did like that the hotel was walking distance to a restaurant that was very good! The next morning we turned our key in and the gentleman that took the key was quite pleasant.

No coffee or breakfast.

It was very different. I wouldn't recommend it. Room was not what I expected. Let me say this much, it was the 4th of July in August.

they had all kind of people staying but they was a trouble maker the guy was treatin me and he not even know me i told the staff from the motel and she told me not to pay attention to them so i do not reccomend this hospitality inn i was thinking i was staying in a hotel but then i find out was a motel

No coffee maker, towel rack broken and not repaired. No real lobby, had to ring a bell to summon someone. Very good price performer, clean, and in a good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops.

The room was fine But I needed a late check for about 1.5 out for work reasons and when I asked they said no.

Odor of the room wasn't pleasant. Individuals seemingly living there full-time were extremely loud throughout the entire stay.

I was quoted for 113 for my stay , i was charged 170

Front desk clerk was very polite. The room needed some work, though - nothing major but small repairs here and there. Average value for the money - not great, not bad.

There is garbage hidden under the fauset, the carpet has hairs on it. It was horrible

The one time I didn't read reviews before booking something!!! Me and my daughter went to a concert at Darien and didn't want to drive 2 hours home after so I found this place online and reserved it. Check in was EXTREMELY weird. The owner was talking to a guy about getting a girl out of there and she's safe now.. He told her she can clean the room now.. It was just a weird freaking conversation. We checked in and went to the concert. We got back around 11pm.. there were about 10-15 ppl in front of our room door drinking yelling and blasting music.. then more people came. That went on until about 4am and just kept getting louder.. the next day I asked someone else if they heard it. Apparently it's like that every night there the owner refuses refunds or even partial refunds. Never again! Oh and as soon as we walked in the room I felt the need to check everywhere for bed bugs or roaches..I guess there is 1 good thing.. I didn't see any

Room was stuffy/smelly. No AC was on when entering the room. Bear minimum in Room. No Food & Bev. Bathroom tub and surround enclosure need replacement. Broken sink in the bathroom (cracked) and no liking. Other fixtures in the bathroom ok. Bed was good. Bath

Beds make funny noises. Pillows were flat.

Sheets and blanket were very dirty. Were they washed? Also blanket was very thin and no additional blankets were in the room.

The room smells. The sheets have holes in them. Extremely over priced for what you get.

I paid for a king room but was given a double bed room, it was hair in the sink and the chair in the room has stains and needs to be thrown out

Beat place to have a quick stay it's got all the shops near by in half a mile
