This hotel was so disgusting and unsafe. I went in the room after a 2 AM flight and barricaded the door, waited until the sun came up and left and didn’t return for the remainder of my stay. I was refused a refund. The room was disgusting, there were drunkards whistling at me outside my room, I ended up shelling out $500 per night for the only available room I could find because it was the Bills Home Opener. This place should be condemned.

This is the WORST stay I've ever had...very dirty, property is in complete disrepair. I would give it a zero if that was available. DO NOT STAY HERE.
-
Located close to resturants and shopping. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Nothing special but the dog was allowed and close to college.
-
Staff said non-working lights were normal, ice machine not working was normal due to guests. Holes in bathroom walls was normal. Not having towels was normal. I did not mention the sliminess of the tub bottom , maybe due to soap/conditioner dripping there, I almost fell before the water running maybe cleaning it off. Lack of working lightbulbs was maybe normal too.

This is the worst dirtiest place ever the sheets and wall were stain, bathtub was stain just gross do not recommended that place should be condemned
-
I walked around a homeless guy asleep, to get to the entry, the first room was not at all cleaned or made up, the 2nd room had thermometer detector dangling down the wall, the 3rd had a hole in the wall filled with toilet paper, we refused a 4th try.

the room was full of mold!!! This is not over

there isn’t anything about the property we liked the property isn’t clean checking in two cockroach’s were seen when we said something to the staff they spoke in another language and walked away while someone else took over i booked 3 rooms they weren’t understanding that each room had each guest name after getting our cards we pulled the beds out there were cockroaches dead and alive behind it each piece of furniture at looked to be brown stains finding our room guest that appeared to be on drugs weren’t nice

The location is good easy to get to and lots of places to eat and shop in the area A little rundown, needs some TLC. Outdoor spaces need to be cleaned & cleared of trash and cig butts

Very dated, like from the 1980's. Smelled musty and old. Walls were crumbling in the bathroom. AC unit cord was on the floor in the walking path to the bed. Dirty windows. Makes you wonder what the owner's home looks like. We will not be staying there again.
-
Absolutely gross! Mold in on the vents of AC unit. Room smelled nasty. Floor agent been vaccummed of mopped. Cigarette burns in sheets. Dirty pillows. Holes in walls. Towels were thin and rough. No drug dealers outside all night working girls working. You’re better off sleeping outside.
-
Rooms could use better cleaning. Room smelt like stale smoke. Only positive was easy access on and off the highway.
-
The Room is fine but the area is so nast
-
The location. There was no remote for the TV in the room. I told the front desk gentleman and he said he would bring me up one and never did. The toilet in the bathroom was broken and leaking water everywhere. The hair dryer in the room would not work, and the beds were hard as a rock. The lights above the bed were blown out and didn't work.
-
I was very pleased with how nice the front desk staff were. I was scared about the hotel at first but it was actually nice and they call to make sure your stay is good. I’ll be coming back again.
-
Very noisy with people outside the room
-
the location the room. molding peeling off the walls, no smoke detector (ripped out of wall and missing), only 2 channels on TV and semi scrambled. Outside the room by the stairwall a graveyard of old broken AC units... all for an elevated price that is 60% more expensive than the good room I got elsewhere on the other side of the trip.
-
Nothing , No changing towels and lack of ice machine a way cry from my last visit ,sorry
