Great price for a 2-bedroom suite (booked for 6 pax). Very clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff! Highly recommended when you are traveling with a big group. Parking is available at the hotel for a reasonable $40/night fee. The hotel is a 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, though.

I was confused as to why a room that sleeps 5 would only be stocked with 3 bath towels? I had to call the front desk every day I was there for additional towels. What gives?
-
We loved our stay. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5.
-
The tub in our room was way to high for an elderly person and I also fell get out. Something should be done to replace the tub with a walk in shower. The price is way to high

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Parking was included, which is a big deal considering we were visitors and couldn't do street parking.
-
Food was good but no waffles or pancakes that day. Staff helpful & place was clean.
-
It’s always good to have a waffle station. Harsh brown was hard. The bar was not open. We never saw the restaurant open.
-
Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the hotel was really nice. Parking was a bit expensive but helpful. Breakfast was good as well.
-
Great location to go to Faulkner Hospital and others. Great Italian restaurant across the street and many more in walking distance. Parking right under the hotel.
-
Location was great Asked for extra towels twice and soap ran out, remedied but asking twice seems to be the sweet spot
-
Spacious, clean, well-furnished room. Close to Harvard St. Somewhat unpleasant view, close to the train track.

Exceptional

Not a lot. I suppose the fact that it had a roof. Uncaring staff. Terrible value for money. Limp breakfast. $40 CHARGE TO PARK YOUR CAR IN THEIR ENORMOUS CAR LOT. SCAM.

Pool was smaller than described but worked for the kids.

Passable

The room was excellent. It’s very clean, comfortable and they have everything we could possibly need. We travel with our disabled child and it is so helpful to have the space and the kitchen with plates, utensils, sponge and dish soap. Traveling without having to pack these items is so helpful. We did have an issue with the parking garage. While they do have accessible spots in the garage, they aren’t very accessible for many accessible vehicles. The underground garage has a steep decline driving into it, so driving down in an accessible vehicle (which has a lowered floor or rear ramp) is problematic as it bottoms out with the steep angle at the bottom. We asked if there is another place to park outside the garage due to this and we were told there isn’t. Due to this, we likely may not be able to stay here anymore. It’s unfortunate because this accommodation works so well for our family.

Breakfast was kind of lacking, no vegetables at all. But other than that everything was great
