Clean, quiet, and safe place to stay! This was a quick one night stay during a road trip so we checked in late and hit the road early. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Would gladly stay again!

Overall average. Definitely overpriced for what it is. The part of town seems a little sketchy though and outside the room was always loud with people smoking and playing loud music right outside the window for no reason at all. The breakfast was not as good as you'd expect for the price. Not bad once the loud music outside finally stopped, though

Nice decent place to stay. We just stayed overnight so cannot say much but rooms were neat bathrooms clean , the best thing is they have window side beds which comfortably fits an adult and its much better and comfier than the pull out sofa bed. Only thing is the hallways had a terrible stench while they were cleaning probably due to the cleaning products they were using but other than that it was a pretty OK stay. The breakfast was quite decent as well. If you get this for a good price sure is a good choice to stay

Was there for an overnight for a family of 5. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and lady in charge of buffet was very kind. Wifi is good.

The hotel was great, booking.com was the problem. Showed up to the hotel with my booking.com confirmation and the hotel was not told about our reservation from booking.com. Had to spend $400 to stay elsewhere as everything was sold out. Booking.com has not responded to me, totally unacceptable.

Had a great stay in BW inn. The size of the rooms and facilitiea are excellent. Would surely visit again and recommend.

Nice room - not large (2 person) but cozy and comfortable with good bed, shower etc - this hotel requires number travelers confirmation at check in probably because they have smaller rooms too; parking lot around with card access through the middle to the elevator area (2 floors and quite long but narrow); decent (better than at similar area hotels actually) breakfast with hot food and a good location close to main road, highway, airport, but also in the back so to speak close to other hotels rather that at a main street. Good value for the area and would definitely consider this ahead of similar level hotels around.

Breakfast was busy, and untidy. The hotel needs a lot of TLC. Its just time to tear it down and build a new one. At the least gut it completly and rebuild. I picked based on the reviews. For the price I could have stayed somewhere nicer downtown or furthet away from airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and inviting. The hallways looked worn but were clean. My bathroom had mold all along the bottom of the shower and the wall on the outside of the shower. Thankfully I had shower shoes with me. This was a surprise to me as the last time I stayed there, I did not have the same issue. I am not sure I would consider staying there on my next trip.

Staff that checked me in and out were pleasant. The hotel and room were clean, bed was comfortable, lights were strangely placed but they worked. Breakfast was good with several options. The major problem I had was that the shower flooded the bathroom the first day. You had to get into the shower and get a face full of cold water to turn it on, and then if you so much as pointed the shower head anywhere near the door it just leaked out. When I called the desk for assistance I was told that no one would be in until 9am but they'd see what they could do. I had to get to work so I couldn't stick around to find out what "they could do," but when I got back that evening the bathroom was mostly dry (under the trash can there was still a ring of water) and I had new towels at least. The second morning I pointed the shower head at the wall and didn't have the same issue, but it also made showering a bit awkward. Was OK for a two night work stay, but I probably would not stay here again.

My room was perfectly clean, however the issues I had were a air conditioner that stayed at 66° because the buttons wouldn't work. And when I first got there the toilet didn't work. And both times when I went down to the desk they told me we're really short on maintenance right now I can't move you to another room so I can get an extra blanket for you if you'd like. They did eventually fix everything but the air conditioner was on my last night of the stay.

The best western is by far the most low price, high-end, complementary breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM was a breathtaking experience every morning for the only two mornings I was there. If I could, I would have stayed two weeks maybe much longer! I felt extremely comfortable and valued at the Best Western Hotel! Even though I showed up early before my scheduled time by the manager who was in charge for the morning shift, I was still treated with great value and checked in ASAP. The air-conditioning was amazingly comfortable. I never got too hot and if I was cold, it was still at a perfect level of temperature. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger “I’ll Be Back!” lol Thank You

It was clean, safe, staff was very helpful, and I really liked breakfast. My bathroom and room all comfortable- no complaints. Great value and location.

This was a wonderful last-minute stay and the staff was great! The only thing I thought was weird was all the pillows were on the windowsills next to a pile of pillowcases and the door was actually open when I got to the room.

All staff were friendly, it was clean plus the location was perfect close to a lot of good spots to eat and shop.

The handicap room was more like a suite. I had a migraine and just needed to sleep. Because there was a second small alcove Dad was able to watch TV without disturbing me.
