Great space, very clean and spacious room

Clean large room. Helpful staff

Place is broken down , falling apart , none of the appliances work , either do the tv for some weird reason. Front desk was supposedly sending someone 24 hours ago lol

Location was good with lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Room was very nice and a good size with separate living area. Staff were friendly, place was clean and quiet. They have a pool (but I did not use it). Breakfast has some good options and they had a social in the evening with food and beverages. I don't think they offer that every night though. Nice place

Nice property l. Manager was very accommodating but front staff girl on check out morning of was rude. Other than that, will stay again. Breakfast was great, beds comfy and room clean and spacious.

We stayed for 6 nights - King Suite accommodations were clean and spacious. Fitness center was nice. Outdoor courtyard was very nice. The Wednesday evening reception was very nice. TV was NOT a smart TV and there were no on-demand options. This meant that we could not watch anything other than cable or local TV channels, or even log into our own streaming accounts. We had to spend a lot of time in our room during this stay and were really severely impacted by this. Smart TV's are cheap nowadays - streaming services (or logins) should ALWAYS be an option for guests. The breakfast menu was pretty blah - eggs were powdery and industrial- not a lot of variety from day-to-day. Also, our shower hot water temperature was not high enough.

Giovanni in the breakfast area was a 5 star person, very helpful and very professional. My toddler was a handful, so she really helped me in handling my toddler and making our breakfast a pleasant experience Swimming pool did not have hot water

Pleasant stay!

Just perfect for all my needs

Everything was well kept and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The only minor issue was the pool. For an indoor pool, the water was too cold and a bit dirty, with bugs inside. Other than that, we had a great stay. The location was also a big plus.

This was probably one of the best suites I've booked in a while. Nonetheless I was impressed with the space, the cleanliness, the kitchen supplies, stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, separate bedroom etc. My only complain would be that a lot of the toiletries, such as the body wash shampoo, bath tissue, towels were on low supply prior to my 5 night stay. Not a big deal really just the only thing it thought could be better. Might I add the daily breakfast was a huge plus as well. Would definitely plan another stay in the future.

The stay was pretty good overall. The room was comfortable, and everything else met my expectations. My only concern was that I noticed some hair in the bathroom, so I feel the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and was satisfied with the property.

The room was not in the best condition. One of the chairs had brown stains and it was clearly visible but not cleaned. Overall room cleaning was not great. A lot of folks standing around vs helping, only one staff member was nice and greeted us.

The ice machine on my floor didn't work, but other than that, everything was really pretty good! Considering there was a full kitchen in the place, the ice machine was no real inconvenience. Everyone was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and free parking plentiful! Never once hunted for a space when I came in late. Much better experience than when I stayed in Manhattan. Cheaper and more comfortable too.

The hotel was close to a train station at Carle but preferred to use Mineola station as had more frequent trains and took the LRR to Penn station to visit the Newyork City. The hotel was also close to many local stores and eating places and a huge shopping mall called Roosevelt 20 minutes walk. The breakfast was the same every day apart from Saturday. It would have been nice to have sausages rather than chicken every day

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years. It has everything you need.

Booked through booking for a Suite with two Queen beds upon arrival checked in went to the room and was disappointed that the room they gave only had a king bed. Went back to the front desk and was told booking changed the room. Called booking who is has a UK numbered which ran up my phone bill and was told by them it was the hotel that changed it. After going back and forth and still no resolve. The receptionist at the hotel said I would get the first night free but still haven’t received a refund. Service is horrible and no one seems to know what’s going on

Great hotel but starting to need a little remodeling things a little rusty & banged up.
