Great property and very close to the airport. The staff were exceptional as was the property. I've visited Charlotte many times over the past 20 years and stayed at many hotels. This will need my hotel of choice going forward. The only thing I did not like was the surprise parking fee.

Did not like having a door in room where other people were staying. Overall good experience, and great proximity to charlotte Airport.

Awesome Everything was good

Clean room, friendly staff however do not understand why paying to park is necessary. Did not see any security officer on staff and let's be real this is Marriott. Not a five star hotel.
