Can’t believe I had to pay for parking!

The only cons on the hotel is no coffee makers in room or microwave waves. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. Love the pool table in the lobby.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a little strange with cones blocking a multitude of spots. Other than that, it fit our needs.

I came here with my fiancé for an event happening at the Fillmore. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was nice. Maybe could’ve used more than just two towels and two rags, but we made do. The location is fine as long as you have a car or plan on Ubering everywhere. The hotel offers a free shuttle from airport to hotel and vise versa which came in handy! The only downside was I guess the false advertising of a bar in lobby. They had closed the bar from Friday to Sunday. Those are such odd days to close a bar, so we ended up buying a few cans from the convenience set up they had but it wasn’t really what we were looking for. The staff was very nice though!

You have to pay for parking.

Everything was clean and well laid out. The staff was really friendly. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking. The bed pillows need replacing, as ours were all lumpy and caused a bad nights sleep.

Lobby bar is only open Monday through Thursday and there's no options nearby for food or drink. Waited for shuttle at airport and it never arrived, ended up having to take a taxi. Garbage cans in room are split to accommodate refuse and recycling resulting in two sides where neither are large enough to hold literally anything. No coffee maker in room, coffee offered in lobby is drinkable but not great.

I really loved everything it was private too i really appreciate that because sometimes too many people or a lot going on is too much chaos while trying to unpack and settle

Location and cleanliness Staff at check in were not friendly. We left on the shuttle at 7am and the breakfast was not ready in time for us to eat. The shuttle driver was sick but tried to do a good job
