The best location you can find in Chicago, the cafe in the lobby, very kind and helpful staff, each and every request fulfilled immediately. There is no fridge in the room.

Location was excellent. Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Our room hadn’t been cleaned two days in a row. They had an issue with a specific individual. After I called they came to clean immediately and gave us a nice bottle of wine for the inconvenience and were very apologetic. Friendly staff.

Excellent location to the Amtrak train station
-
Nothing to complain about—except for the excessive price for a room with a view of a wall! Nothing to complain about—except for the excessive price for a room with a view of a wall!

Our room was small but clean and well supplied. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. I love the Purified Water Refill stations that were available on each floor. The hotel is located within walking distance of so many places in the Loop - a really great location!

Like the location. Staff always helpful. Not a thing.

Location Could use an update

The staff were accommodating, especially Adrian. The room was dirty, cramped with uncomfortable beds. The foldout sunk down and was impossible to get comfortable in.
-
Location, pub next door I’d prefer a kettle with tea and instant coffee in my room
-
Location was perfect for the Chicago marathon. There’s also free water and recyclable water on each floor! Our room didn’t have a great view up on 9th floor

Great location, nice staff, great breakfast in the pub next door!

The staff was great . The room was very small.

Located in Central Loop. Easy to access to metro. Close to convenient stores, good restaurants, and concert halls. The room is pretty spacious, and the bed is very comfy. Room service is easy, just a text away. Staff are helpful and polite. I wish there's hair dryer in the room, but it's probably something you have to ask. We have room with microwave and sink, but it didn't come with plates, utensils, soap, sponge, etc. We had to ask room service to deliver these things.

What I liked most was the hotel’s excellent location, the convenience of being able to refill water bottles at any time, and the cleanliness of the facilities. I also particularly appreciated the business area, which offers a quiet and comfortable space to relax or read, with complimentary coffee and water available. What I disliked most was the lack of clear information about the housekeeping schedule. I was also disappointed with the breakfast, which is served from a fixed menu at an adjacent bar rather than as a buffet offering a wide variety of options, as is commonly found in hotels around the world. Another significant issue was the bed. The mattress was uneven, with a noticeable sag in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Soundproofing was also a major concern. The rooms are separated by very thin walls, allowing us to hear virtually everything happening in the neighboring room. Even the sound of doors opening and closing was so loud that it felt as though it was coming from inside our own room, significantly compromising privacy and comfort. Additionally, the rooms would benefit from modernization. The bathroom had an outdated shower curtain instead of a proper glass shower enclosure, and there was no in-room safe to securely store valuables. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, improvements in soundproofing, room amenities, mattress quality, and bathroom facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Close to many attractions. The carpet was old with stains. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The room smelled old and musty.

Great location. Room is clean but the clothing closet is too small for 2 people. The staff was very nice and always quickly responding to our needs.

A visit to the Club Quarters Central Loop hotels was quite disappointing. When I arrived to my room, there was a large garbage bag full of refuse in front my 8th floor door. It remained there all day until I asked the front desk to remove it. The windows in the room were frosted and opaque so there was no view. The room was noisy with what sounded like an air ventilation system was right outside the window (hence the blocked window.) I had to sandwich my head with pillows throughout the night to get any sleep. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were affixed to the wall in such a way that there was no easy way to dispense any liquids. The rug had some questionable stains. The staff was very pleasant, but the $300+ charge was much too high for such an annoying stay.
