I liked the location and the room was clean. Everything was within walking distance. Attached restaurant was excellent. Check in person was not warm at all. Rooftop bar was closed at a time that would have been ideal to keep it open. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. The noise for what we paid was absolutely unacceptable. Street noise, train noise and elevator noise were extremely high and bothersome. I expected a lot more for the prices charged. It was like staying at any other hotel. Nothing stood out. Breakfast not being included after charging premium prices is abhorrent

Everything was amazing. My favorite part was the stone shower it was gorgeous! The only issue I had was the surprise $25 amenity fee I didn’t know about that’s in big cities. I wish it was noted somewhere so I could have prepared better. I know it’s not a lot but times are hard. But everything else was amazing.

We loved the room, and the beautiful views. The restaurant on the 1st floor was wonderful, and the rooftop bar on 24 was amazing. Room was clean, and very nice. Staff was amazing, and very friendly. We would stay here again. The room, was beautiful., The views were fantastic, and the food was amazing. Great location, and lots to do in the area. Great place to start a Bears sunday as well.

The front desk manager was nice. The housekeeper stole a pair of my brand new shoes from my room while u was away.

Had a great stay. The valet took some time to get our car down. But even the valet was nice and respectful and apologized for our wait. Overall I would definitely stay again.

The view was of barbed wire and the noise from outside was unbearable. I slept maybe 2 hours. All of the restaurants were closed by 7 pm and the resort fee was a scam.
