The location The staff need to be retrained on customer service, I had no face towels in my room I called front desk she stated I had to come get it myself from her and she only had one. I never received face towels . Only two ice machines work in the entire building customer service sucked

Disappointing

The hotel wasn’t very clean. Plus, I’d reserved a room with a king size bed, but they decided on their own to change it to a room with two queen size beds.

Location was close to most things Loud train noise every 5 minutes, no cable tv, elevator broke down, cleaning lady didn’t clean room when I asked. She came at 4pm when I was back in the hotel. Bathtub show drain was broken. Now counter to put toiletries in bathroom. Use same towels for the three days.

Location was amazing, walked home from McCormick Place at end of day from shows multiple times. Room was large and comfortable. Felt like decent value. Property largely fairly clean. Decent food options nearby. Nearby area seemed safe. Came with iron and coat hangers in the room. Wifi very slow, could not handle streaming video or meetings, even email / excel was very slow. And at night, the room wreaked of cigarette smoke pretty much all night long, like someone was smoking and it was being piped directly into the room. No ironing board in the room, no micorwave in the room.

Nothing at all. It was really bad. The hotel was extremely dated. The room was dirty. There was hair stuck on the AC. The lights would not come on easily when you enter the room. The lamps did not match their corresponding on either side of the bed. There were different kinds of lamps and different. Kind of power switches to switch them on overall a very bad experience.

The front desk was really friendly The rooms are very outdated the tv kept freezing

Nothing... Hotel was dirty, loud, elevator didn't work, no one working desk at night, there was nothing shampoo. AC didn't work. Horrible experience and also expensive!

Front desk staff and other staff were very nice. Smoke still had activate tape hanging out so it wasn’t operational. TV had no service unless I logged into my home account. Shower/tub outlet was pulled out from wall and leaked all over the floor. I never had a maid clean the room the entire trip. I had to go to the front desk for coffee everyday since no room service. Elevator was broke nearly everytime I tried to use it. Only food for breakfast was bars with Nuts.. I am allergic. No Dining.

Exceptional

Good view of downtown Nobody came to switch out towels. The location is too close to the rail line so it’s loud early in the morning. Couple of broken things in the room.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Spent one night without Internet and cellular signal. Wifi speed was useless, TV not loading, YouTube and other services on TV loading speed terrible-not usable, train noise woke me up all night. Cellular signal only one bar. No breakfast provided.

Free Parking Everything

Very good location when you plan to be downtown but don’t want to stay downtown. The room was also bigger than I expected!

Was told there was breakfast; there was none. The guy said "hell no" when asked if they provided. Hotel was fairly dirty, old, and had a weird smell.
