Jaslin Hotel

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean upon arrival. Furniture, lamps, etc. were in acceptable condition; I was very pleased. The bathroom and its amenities were great. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The view of the Chicago skyline from the window on the fourth floor was beautiful. There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance (2-3 block parameter) of the Jaslin. I had lunch at DaiFuku Ramen across the street. Highly recommend! Chinatown is amazing! I hope to visit again in the future. Overall: Very good experience 4.5/5 stars

The room was very small, there was no shower curtain, and the water pressure was extremely low. Overall, my stay at this hotel was disappointing and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Second time staying at Jaslin for marathon and we will come back.

Clean room and quiet.

Pretty good locations for work and all sorts of Asian food. Very close to public transit stations and bus.

Un excellent choix !! Propre, paisible et très bien situé. Plein d'endroits pour manger, Starbucks à l'entrée, épiceries proches, grande pharmacie en face et à 2 pas du métro ligne rouge. Je suis très contente de mon choix et Hotel à prix raisonnable pour la fin de semaine du marathon. Un seul petit détail : le mini frigo avait tendance à congeler les aliments. Peut-être qu'il y avait un réglage ?

The Jaslin Hotel was ideally located in ChinaTown at just a mile from Soldier Field where I booked a three day stay while attending the BTS Arirang world tour. There was a Starbucks right next door which was a blessing in disguise. There were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly which added to the boutique feeling. There were ice, soda and snack machines located across from the elevator. The rooms were smaller, but well maintained. The busses ran right in front of the hotel and the subway was less than ten minutes away. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m there for another concert.

Great value overall. Room was small but staff was friendly and helpful. Limited amenities but suited out needs just fine. Would definitely consider again next time we're visiting Chicago without the kids.

Rooms are pretty small but very clean. They’re in the middle of China town so you can step out of the hotel and immediately find great places to eat. They’re also right between a bus stop and train station so it’s super convenient to get downtown. Second time staying here and would stay again!

Clean, great location

Nice hotel. Check in was easy and front desk was helpful (we had a couple special requests). Parking is easy in a nearby paid parking lot.

Rooms kinda small but overall very nice

When we first arrived, check in was quick. We didn’t have a hair dryer in the room. Would have been nice if they had green tea, hot water and coffee in the lobby. Would have been nice to also have a microwave in the room as well. Overall a very nice experience. Great location. Would stay again.

The room was very spacious and clean. Definitely better than I expected for a 3-star hotel. Also the soaps in the bathroom were very nice quality. Convenient location to access the trains and the Uber/Lyft drop-off/pickup spot was very convenient in front of the main entrance to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, location is perfect in Chinatown a 2 minutes walk to the train.
