Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop

Nice room and very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for enjoying downtown Chicago. What stood out to me most was how easy and relaxing the entire stay felt. After spending time out enjoying the city, it was nice coming back to a room that felt comfortable and peaceful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. This trip was really special to me, and having such a great place to stay made the experience even better. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Chicago. Highly recommend!

My overall stay I’m rating a 3 out of 5. There was some hair in my shower when I arrived to my room. The morning hours for the breakfast lounge on the canopy aren’t accurate for Saturdays. Some places it says it opens at 6 am others say 7 am. Parking also isn’t clear. It does say self parking but is misleading that it’s not covered by the hotel. You just find a parking structure close to the hotel that you want to use. I think that should be mentioned more accurately on the site. It also mentions EV charging not available but there’s EV chargers. Finally the AC in the room you can’t leave on. It stayed on automatic which is hard when you’re a hot sleeper

This hotel is a great place to stay in the Loop. It is located about three blocks from the Amtrak station and near the Blue line and Red Line(CTA). Many coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as the wonderful Canopy restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stay here every time we travel to Chicago.
