Vibe, free breakfast, location We had to wait 40 minutes as our room wasn't ready. I paid for a room with a landmark view, we got the worst possible view from the hotel rooms, and it wasn't even Wiilis Tower, just a few skyscrapers in another direction. And a train station. The AC was loud, and we had to use it all the time because it was getting cold very soon. The ventilation in the bathroom was going on all the time, couldn't switch off, and it was very loud too.

Superb

The view Nothing… very cool experience. Different than regular hotels.
-
Beautiful hotel. Once we got used to how to get around we really enjoyed our stay.
-
The city views were amazing. Finding the hotel felt a little confusing, but building security was extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction. We were walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again.
-
The hotel was clean, breakfast was OK, and beautiful views. But it is not at all easy to access and would not recommend coming here with a toddler.
-
Experience would be better if the guest was notified properly of how to be given access to the hotel floor. It was not evident of where to go once inside the commercial building.
-
View was fantastic. The staff was helpful and kind. wifi and TV were horrible. Really bad coffee. Recommend throwing out items put out at breakfast after service rather than reusing-bread/bagels (got stale). Very difficult to find-provide better instructions-floor 40, above the 39 floors of offices.
-
Hotel that is not well marked. Could not find how to get in the hotel for at least 30 minutes and could not reach anyone over the phone so it made the check-in experience very difficult. The room was very spacious and the view was incredible. Breakfast was very basic and they didn’t have gluten-free options for bread or cereal.

My friend and I had a double queen room. It was very spacious with a good-sized bathroom and two food/drink alcoves. Plus, the city view was lovely. Breakfast was available every morning in the Guest Lounge but we never took advantage of it. We did, however, fill up our water bottles there during the day and grab some tea. We had a hard time finding the hotel. There isn't any large signage around the building which otherwise looks like (and is) 40 floors of offices.

Muy buena

My family and I very much enjoyed the stay at this hotel, loved every bit of it, although perhaps some more clear signage to point those parking in the underground lot to the elevator access to the hotel lobby would be helpful. Overall, great experience.

Quiet and very friendly staff. Elevators to get to hotel were a bit annoying
-
It was a beautiful hotel. The staff were great very helpful. The room had an excellent view of Lake Michigan and Chicago. The building was renovated where the hotel is located hard to find to check in. I would recommend to stay there.
-
Very clean and secure. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Feels more an apartment than a hotel room

Ron at the front desk was great. I also heard him on the phone with another customer and his skill dealing with an issue was excellent. Great place to stay, in the middle of things, with an exceptional view. Nothing.
