Room was not cleaned properly. Rubbish and personal items from previous guest found in room. There were NO toiletries whatsoever in the room. When we made a request for these items, only one toothbrush set was brought up, no soap or wipes. No mini-bar or fridge so that I could keep my injections and medicine stored. Location was good- easy access to downtown but service and quality below par. Very disappointed. Unable to request an extended hour for late check-out as the room was reserved for another guest. Will hesitate to make a reservation via Hotel Engine again as this was a terrible experience for us.
