Very clean room right next to the Cleveland Clinic. Very accommodating staff. All in all pleasant experience.

Very convenient location to Cleveland clinic and public transportation. Restaurant on property was excellent.

There was a long line to check in the hotel. Only one person working the front desk and five people waiting in line. My room had dirty pillow cases and noticeable stains in the carpet. Called parking valet 15 minutes before I checked out and it took them 45 minutes to bring up my car.

Clean, friendly staff and nice location.

Clean, affordable and convenient to the Cleveland Clinic. A shuttle to the clinic runs every 15 minutes. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Clean room and friendly staff.

This is not a $300 a night hotel. I feel like they are gouging patients of the Cleveland Clinic. I was shocked at the condition of the furniture. The bathroom had some mold. It was especially around the sink drain. They charge for most everything. Free water in the lobby. Sometimes popcorn. The staff seemed rushed and not very caring. I know that I am not the only customer. But, everyone should always be made to feel like that. I was told they are renovating in November. Didn't do me any good. I could not even sit in tte recliner it looked so gross. Hopefully with all of the over charging they do, they can make it spectacular.

The lobby is loud. Early in the morning. Late at night. We were there for a stay at the clinic and this hotel was convenient. Just too loud.

In our room one of the drawers didn't close and the cabinet with the refrigerator stayed ajar, like the hinge was sprung. Not a real problem but noticeable.

The hotel was very nice. There is no on street parking, you have to pay to have them valet your car in the garage. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar have limited hours, and there is no room service. The only other restaurant around is a McDonald’s and a Burger King across the street and one block away. However, the neighborhood is very isolated, and we saw a lot of interesting people lingering about the neighborhood, so we did not dare venture outside.

This hotel was really grimy, dirty and so worn down. I had to change rooms upon arrival as my first room was unacceptably filthy. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting a clean room and friendlier dining staff. At the least. Would not recommend to anyone. (Also, most people staying here are seeking medical treatment. So having a dirty and rather unfriendly hotel to come back to was unpleasant.)

The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept. The Dove toiletries are great in the bathroom. Only negative was the toilet seat was barely attached and slid around and I had to ask for extra washcloths as I prefer a fresh one daily. Food and drinks (Happy Hour and specials) are nice after a long day at the hospital. Have stayed here twice and am booked again at the end of the month for another hospital visit. Valet parking only is a negative so I use the Cleveland Clinic parking garage for $12/day vs. the $26/day valet only at the hotel. There’s a shuttle to the clinic if needed, but it’s a nice walk if the weather is good.

We were relocated to this hotel because another property we selected did not work out. I Upon check-in, we were told the breakfast buffet was included in our stay. The next morning we went down had breakfast. It was not that good. We had two strips of bacon and an egg white bite and I received a bill for $38.77. I told the waitress that it was supposed to be included. She said that's fine. Just write your room number on the bill and we'll take it off, ok great that's what I did. We did not eat there the next morning because it was not good and when I got home, I got a bill on my credit card for the breakfast that we were told was included. I've called four times the manager Anthony does not return calls I spoke with a nasty woman this morning at the front desk, who was not helpful and told me we did not select breakfast to be included when we made our reservation. I explained to her we did not make this reservation. We were relocated here, but regardless of what Expedia selected the gentleman checking us in told us it was included now I'm disputing it with my credit card company. The hotel was nice. It was clean and everybody we met was friendly however, now that I'm home to be charged for something I was told was included is dirty.

Location Staff didn’t know what was going on. And NO hospitality Coffee. This is the first Holiday Inn that didn’t offer this.
