The location My floor had old worn carpet. Dirty stains. The rug in my room was very dirty. Wood trim in the room rotting. Room very basic and worn. Not the standard for an InterContinental Hotel

This hotel is at Cleveland Clinic and allows the closest stay for the best price. The clinic shuttle gets you to and from whichever building your appointment is so if you’re out of state you can arrive the night before an early appointment. Nice friendly staff.

Being close to Cleveland Clinic How we paid almost 700 for 1 night when we paid 1400 for 6 days ….. nothing going on ….

Candy wrappers from previous guest were left in room. After hours room service was terrible! When there was available food it was over priced, dried out and tasteless. Breakfast, especially the chicken and waffles, were less than desirable. The chicken appeared to be frozen chicken strips that were microwaved. The waffles were undercooked and soggy.

Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help you with anything you needed.

This location of Intercontinental is not up to standard for this chain. Carpet smelled, poorly managed, breakfast was very basic .

Exceptional

We loved how close it was to Cleveland Clinic They are remodeling and the breakfast was 1 star out of 10 especially when we paid additional to have breakfast every day. Until they get everything remodeled I will not be using the restaurant facilities. I can’t stand for flies to be on any food I’m looking at

I pick this hotel based on the proximity to the Cleveland clinic. It did not disappoint me. The hotel staff was amazing, Hugh shoutout to the morning staff for answering all of my questions. As a solo traveler I felt so safe. House keeping was amazing. I am so sad I am horrible with names because they deserve a personal shoutout. Taco Tuesday is a must. Don’t forget to stop at the bar; great selection and you might encounter some great people, I did. Highly recommend staying here.

Very helpful staff. Bigger rooms and cleaner and much better than the Marriott residence inn / courtyard.

Location Under remodel and the construction crew culture

The staff was super helpful and had lots of information on the shuttle for my appointments. It needs a refresh on the interior. The linens were yellowed and furniture is breaking apart. Adding smart tv for streaming would be nice too! For the price it wasnt much nicer than the holiday in next door.

Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride.
