2nd time staying here for our upcoming cruise- convenience of the location makes it ideal but amenities and staff make it top notch! Short walk to the beach very relaxing- we love it!

The place overall was excellent The AC worked wonderful We did have to call first thing for room service as the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. But they came right away to replace it. It was a nice stay

The inside staff at registration and cafe are AMAZING!! Such lovely ladies to speak with . Would prefer individual toiletries rather than the ones in the shower. The outdoor bar staff could be much better in their servicing and time taken to provide service. I have experienced this multiple times as I come to the resort often. I do not drink, but I do purchase lunch from the bar area.

A bit run-down looking and unkempt outside. Loud AC units but overall, clean.

Hotel staff was great Pool shut down for part of my trip/ AC fan rattled to the point of waking up/ not being able to sleep

We had a great stay. The view from our suite, over the pool to the ocean was beautiful. Somethings I would have appreciated, but didn't take away from the stay, would have been parking included in the price and free coffee in the lobby. The only other glitch we had was the TV in the living room portion of our suite. We couldn't get that to work. We called the desk, they sent someone right away. A wiggle and a turn seemed to make it work so we sent him on his way. However, long term the connection seemed to be poor and when it was connected, the volume was so low, we could barely hear it despite turning it nearly all the way up. Maybe operator error, maybe something else. We were there for only 2 nights and had the other TV in the bedroom so not a huge deal. Hopefully it's sorted out for the next guests. All in all we would return.
