UPDATE: Booking.com has issued the refund. No issues with the property or staff. Upon arrival they were experiencing a plumbing issue and offered many options, but in the end we decided to stay at another Marriot down the street. The staff was confident that they could issue a refund but said to call the next day to speak with a manager. I did so and the manager said that it was not a problem and a refund would be issued right away but could speak to how long booking.com would take. To date I have not received the refund from booking.com. So this is really a complaint about booking.com and will be the last time we use it. I was impressed with the staff.They were very helpful. They always asked could they help me .They were knowledgeable about the surrounding area.The hotel was clean.The bathrooms were clean.

We stayed at the Courtyard for a night after our cruise as we were due to fly home the following day. Hotel staff was super helpful and courteous. The room was large and very comfortable (with a balcony as well)! The property was very well maintained and the area was walkable. Would consider staying here again if I find myself in the area again.

Great stay and so convenient to the cruise port

I like the balcony, however it was too hot to use it, so it was a waste of an upgrade for me. The staff were nice and hotel was clean. Walkability to the beach was a feature. The old fashion AC unit below the window was exceptionally noisy and was a problem for us and prevented a good sleep.
