Fantastic location, a short walk from the beach, and across the road from Ron Jon's. Walking distance from Waffle House, IHOP, and others. Good location for driving out to the Space Center. Parking was really easy and great that parking lot is under cover in case of rain. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a few days away. Surf shop downstairs is great and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant. We will definitely stay again on our return to the Cocoa Beach area. The bathroom and particularly the shower was a little dated, but still worked fine and was clean.

The registration was easy to get to. Very nice employees. I love the gift shop, and the restaurant had wonderful food and very nice waitress. I will definitely will to returning. nothing

The curtains did make it dark. Paid parking for guests in their parking garage. Very dated. Corridor not locked, but appeared to have been kicked down recently and the the broken part glued back on.

The location and the amenities were awesome It was under construction but they were very helpful and polite.

Property OK. Maintenance really needs help Maintenance of the property. Air conditioning was so noisy that when it came on would wake you up.

Nice and clean, huge rooms, great sports bar, close to ocean, awesome place to stay and park for cruises, wonderful shuttle service, highly recommend!

Stayed at the 4 points for one night prior to a cruise leaving from Canaveral. Hotel staff were amazing and we were given early check in with no issue! Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant Shark Bite which was reasonably priced and offered a wide selection of items. It was your typical pub fare!! Rooms were average and clean. It is super close to Ron Jon if that’s your jam!! Walking distance to the beach which was convenient!!

Everything was great! Great place to stay and park for a cruise, covered secure parking, great port shuttle, great little sports bar and restaurant, highly recommend!

No breakfast, rooms older. Shower did not work and would not drain, by the end of the shower I was standing in a pool of dirty water. Bedding and towels both stained, requested new clean towels twice before getting any. Close to the beach, but you pay for parking. Would recommend trying another hotel.

Property was great once again. Attention to detail is a 10. Rooms very clean and comfortable. And restaurant food is good and a great value.

I was surprised to see the mix of updates and undated areas of the facility. But the staff truly makes this place a gem! Id definitely come back!
