Proximity to the airport was ideal Airport shuttle does not run all hours so I had to find alternative transportation although site states the shuttle is available

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Airport shuttle a very welcome amenity which we used. Breakfast food was OK. Coffee good. Didn’t use pool, but it also looked clean and well maintained. No restaurants or stores within walking distance, but Ubers arrive within minutes. Reasonable rates and comfortable stay.

Layout was confusing. Ice machine located only one one floor which was difficult to get to.

The rooms are very very clean. Hotel was clean actually. It was a very nice place to stay

You could ear the outside car motorcycle noises The Whole night, we had a competition to attend the next day and from lack of sleep we were all very tired and exhausted

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating of requests. I reserved a suite with a king bed but at check in was presented with an “upgrade” to a suite with two queen beds. I reserved the king specifically but the front desk was very nice so I went with it. The room itself was spacious, we loved the kitchenette and living area however the shower mat and curtain seemed to have been overdue for a change. I was so grossed out but the front desk quickly provided new replacements.

During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The alarm was extremely loud and disruptive, preventing us from getting a proper night's rest. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, and we left the hotel feeling exhausted due to the lack of sleep. Although we understand that this was an unfortunate circumstance, the disruption significantly affected our stay. We believe the hotel should take responsibility for this situation and offer us appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and sleepless night we experienced.

Staff was all pleasant and every thing was clean. The bed was a bit hard for my taste and one elevator was a bit jerky.
