The check in staff she was very helpful The tub was rusty the bed was small no where to heat up our food nor to chill our drinks the toilet was stopped up and the took my whole dipest and we had to pay to park we checked out like 15,20 mins late and they kept my whole depiset

No A/C in 2026? I am going to report to health department of Contra Costa County this is illegal..horrible customer service and rooms that smell like old cat piss...not joking

Not even worth consideration. The most deplorable condition of a room i have ever seen in my entire life. The smell of the room hit you like tear gas the moment you opened the door. Stay away unless you can bear staying and paying for the worst hotel room ever. I checked out immediately after i just checked in.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was disgracefully dirty and unclean, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. To make things worse, sewer water came up through a drain in the room. When I brought the issue to the front desk, the main front desk guy yelled at me instead of handling the situation professionally. He offered to move me to another room, but at that point, after seeing the condition of the first room, I had no confidence that the other room would be any better. A hotel room should be clean, sanitary, and safe. Having sewage come up through a drain is completely unacceptable, and being yelled at when reporting it made the experience even worse. Terrible cleanliness, terrible customer service, and an overall unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Very old, not very good maintained units, no air conditioning. Beds are very old and extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

I didn't like a thing Water damage on door to the outside , peeling , paint water damage on the Ceiling.\nExtension cords and plugins everywhere that splash in the shower , pulling away from the wall

I spent two weeks here but WiFi was bad, staff was friendly loved them! Kitchenette was the best part! Loved everything! But WiFi connection Was unfortunately poor. They should just turn it off and not provide it.

I liked everything but internet service. But overall my stay was 10/10 just WiFi was bad.

The room had no ability for air conditioning except a fan, when the temperature outside was 100 degrees. The parking was poor and the neighborhood very low income. The room had two beds and no other furniture. The cleanliness was very poor.
