As a Hilton Honors member, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and found this to be one of the best! The location is right in the heart of town, the rooms were spacious with tons of little spaces for storage and the kitchenette space with fridge and microwave made for easy meals when we needed them. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices to suit most anyone! And their pet friendly facility welcomed our furbaby graciously!! You won’t be disappointed!

Property was in the perfect location. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation. Hilton honors member. I feel like they should have let us know before hand.

Convenient location with shops and restaurants in walking distance.Lobby was warm and inviting with seasonal decor.Room was spacious and clean.breakfast had a wide variety of offerings in bright spacious room. Railway runs beside hotel so morning train whistle may be your wake up call.

Clean, good room. Staff is very helpful. Good location

The hotel is nice and the staff was very nice. I had to watch them deal with a terrible customer and they stayed cool and calm while she berated them. I felt bad for them. I do think the room and hotel is tired and needs to be freshened up with paint especially with details of the corners and bottom of the bathroom doors are rusty and dirty looking but probably not dirty but need paint. Carpets look like they could use upgrade in the hallways. But overall good stay and nice staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Rooms were up to date, well appointed, and beds were comfortable. Located downtown with an easy walk to numerous resturants and shops. The beaches are only a 5-8 minute drive.

Location is perfect.

Shower stall leaked badly into toilet & vanity area. It took a bath mat & bath towel to soak up all the water.

We loved how close it was to everything but the carpets in the hallways were dirty and the room cleanliness could have been improved. Also the breakfast was awful so we didn’t even eat there..left before finishing the first day.. this hotel is not Hilton standards my any means… when initially checking in we were given key went up and it didn’t work had to go a second time and get a new key which opened an occupied room.. thank goodness no one there at the time.. finally got our room and the entry floor was sticky and dirty had to have it mopped. Bathroom wasn’t that clean either to be honest.. would not stay again.

Good location. Staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food items.
-
location right at edge of historic fernandina beach bed not made properly, dresser dirty with food from prior occupants, bathroom floor dirty with spots. Advised front desk, who said issue would be taken care of but it wasn't

We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns in many states over the years but this location is a new favorite! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, the decor with the grand staircase creates a boutique hotel feel. Hot Coffee or tea, fresh fruit flavored water, and fresh cookies are a lovely touch as well! Our room was clean, spacious feeling and had a nice alcove with wet bar, refrigerator, small coffee maker and microwave. The king bed was very comfortable. It was also so quiet at night. The free breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. We stayed 3 nights and each morning there was something new in the hot buffet. Another wonderful touch is the nightly happy hour with free snacks and drinks to purchase! We were celebrating our anniversary, and the sweet lady running it gave us glasses to use for the bottle of champagne my husband brought, then she turned on music and a strobe light ball to make it special for us! So thoughtful, and those simple gestures demonstrate only one of many ways the staff goes above and beyond. The pool area is clean and has lounge chairs and a few tables with umbrellas, but a little more shade options and maybe some plants would make it perfect. The gym area has the basic equipment and is clean. And lastly, the location of this hotel is perfect for walking to the many restaurants and local shops, watching sunset, and a quick drive to the public beach or state park! We definitely plan to return with the rest of our family!

Loved our stay! Location was perfect!! Within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go! Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only "suggestion" I have would be to get there at check in time. We arrived at 6pm and only a few spots left in the parking lot (not sure if they have an overflow lot but the lot was very full by 9pm). The breakfast was also very good! Overall 10/10 will definitely be back again!! No complaints here!

Amazing location, beautiful Hotel with comfy and clean rooms. This is my go to hotel when my husband plays gigs. Only wish there was more to the pool area and we likely would have spent some time out there. Not a deal breaker though!
