The room was very nice. One thing that impressed us was how clean and sanitary. The whole entire hotel was and how friendly the staff was. It was a beautiful stay and a beautiful environment.

Breakfast was nice. Love the Starbucks. Karen at breakfast is my favorite. Her smile every time I go is one of my favorite things about this motel. Sand in the pool

Near the beach The AC is not that cold

Located next to the beach. My room had cockroaches in the air unit, baby roaches in the closet, bed and bathroom. I woke up to a live roach crawling on the pillow. I used Lysol to spray them. My room was right by the elevator, so that wasn’t good for noise canceling experience.

The hotel was extremely clean and convenient. I liked parking my own car and being able to access it as needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved that the shower had a shelf to prop my foot on while shaving my legs. I was also appreciative of the working outlet on the bedside table for my CPAP.

Bad experience at this hotel! We were staying for 3 nights here, so that include one housekeeping service. After the first night, we at least wanted fresh towels. We messaged guest services at 12 pm and they didn't come. They finally came when we called at 7pm. The second day, housekeeping came. They took the towels and trash. They left us with no towels in the room, I had to call the front desk again to get some. Also they didn't not clean or remake the bed. We checked out using their TV app, they charged is for extending our stay because we didn't "check out". Do NOT stay here!

We stayed three nights, but the rooms were never cleaned. There was no breakfast for the courtyard side of the facility.

The front desk staff as well as the staff cleaning g the rooms were very polite. I loved the balcony and oven view from several windows. Quick walk to the beach. Right across the street from Fort Clinch entrance.

My room was very comfortable and attractive. Loved windows on 2 sides! Great furnishings that conveniently could be moved around to enhance comfort. - only problems with room- 1: refrigerator so tiny as to be essentially useless 2-AC vented hot air onto small balcony, making it very uncomfortable 3- towel quality unacceptably poor, as though someone found a way to make fabric out of gravel. Property was well maintained, gorgeous pool and hot tub, really liked poolside bar! Most employees were extremely friendly and helpful; had one very poor experience with rude desk clerk (3:30 pm 9/6). Bill is still incorrect as a different front desk clerk (6 am 9/9) double-billed for parking; working with Marriott and expedia but it still isn't fixed.

Roaches covered our dinner shortly after we ordered it and the front desk told us that it was normal and that there’s nothing they could do about it seriously disgusting and dissatisfying. Location and property.
