The view was great, but the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and the A.C. unit had a smell when it was on, which was not good when next to the bed. The breakfast was nice, but there should be a washing station for feet coming from the beach to not drag sand into the hotel.

Hotel location was incredible! Breakfast was consistently yummy and hotel was so clean!!! Favorite part was the fruit/water/coffee amenities - shout out my girl Mimi who put us on to the vanilla milk coffee and was overall so sweet and helpful!!

I had really hoped for more from this place, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. What really got me was the $15 parking fee, which I didn’t even know about until I got home. Plus, the place was in pretty rough shape, with stained carpets that needed replacing. The furniture was cheap and not very comfy, and the pillows were especially uncomfortable. Even though I travel a lot, this was definitely one of my least favorite places to stay. The only good things were the consistently great breakfast and the easy access to the beach.

Room was small but perfect for what we needed. It’s right on the beach with restaurants next door and across the street and down slightly. Great location, great price, great service, great value. Would stay here again. Lots to do nearby.

Breakfast was lacking - no fresh fruit of any kind, ran out of coffee, bread/bagels/scones were stale, sausages gross and greasy. Wifi went down. Pool was jammed between buildings and parking lot with no space for chairs. Outdoor lounging area was like being in an alleyway. Beach access was nice but no chairs for hotel guests. No beach or pool towels provided. Hallways were freezing like an icebox. Terrace was tiny, overlooking street parking. Had to crane your neck to see ocean. Roof deck was small with a couple of uncomfortable chairs and you had to stand up at the railing if you wanted to see the ocean.

The entire experience was nice and relaxing
-
exactly as advertised; great location on the beach; bar and restaurant next door
-
Wonderful place with a location that can't be beat.
-
A bit outdated and small, but clean room. The room smelled a bit musty, but it seemed to be coming from the A/C. I didn't use the towel service, but you had to put them outside your room before 9am if you wanted fresh ones. Super convenient to the beach and a couple of restaurants.

The beach was right outside the hotel. The underground parking seemed inconvenient but once I done it it really wasn’t that bad

Clean and on the beach

We had a great time. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were very nice and helpful. Looking forward to the next visit.
-
The property was not super clean. Our room had a bad smell. The balcony door was almost impossible to open. For the price, stay elsewhere. The cleaning staff does not come to your room. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything. Breakfast is not good.

Everything Nothing

The kids loved the complementary snacks. We loved the location. The restaurant underneath at the beach has amazing chicken fingers.

Right on the beach, loved the sunrise. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.
-
Great location steps from the beach. We were disappointed the hotel charges $100/night for our little dog especially when the room rate was only $139.
