Best Western Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

It was okay. It doesn't compare to the Hilton Experience! They know how to accommodate their customers. Best Western needs to offer complimentary water for everyone, not just members. That shuttle price was way too much!

Friendly staff, clean room, our only complaint would be how noisy the air conditioner unit was. But that seems to be the norm in many ft Lauderdale hotels. Short stay but would choose this place again before our cruise

Clean, good safe area to be in, shopping, food and personal care. Good value for money. Parking and breakfast was excellent every daily. I look forward to my stay.

This is a great place to stay before or after a cruise. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good. Close to places to eat. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room smelled. Attendant at breakfast was a bit aggressive about the breakfast ticket. Location was good. Desk clerk rolled his eyes at me for dropping my key in the express checkout box while he was helping another person. Was a weird experience from the staff.

You could hear every door slam all night long. The air conditioner was very loud. So we got little to no sleep. The front staff was very, very helpful and super friendly!

Assorted hot/cold Breakfast items were nice. Nice sitting area. Walked to shopping area… ate dinner at Slackers pub(great food). Also beside McDonald’s. Airport shuttle service was good. Just stayed one day. No problems. Organized & friendly staff.

Lobby was small and a little run down so we were nervous at first. The room was clean but there was a mildew smell at times. Room was modern and lots of space which we liked. The pool area was nice to relax in in the afternoon. They have a complimentary airport shuttle that was a bonus. It is close to a strip mall with a few restaurants and a dollar store that was convenient.

Great location, very close to the airport and the cruise port. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was complete and had a good variety of options. There are also several restaurants, shops, and other places within walking distance, which makes the location very convenient.
