Staff were very friendly. Loved the hot breakfast & airport shuttle. The pool was lovely, with lots of places to sit. The room was clean & comfortable. Unfortunately hallway carpets are dirty & could really use a good cleaning.

Accommodating staff, clean rooms, plenty of hot breakfast for the many people at once. I was not made aware that I had to register my vehicle if it was there for more than 15 min, so after taking the shuttle to the airport to pick up my car, we were not able to exit the parking lot via the gate about an hour later. We’d already checked out but had to call the front desk to register the vehicles for the gate to open. Staff or signage needs to make that more clear for guests because I was not aware and it was an inconvenience.

We stayed the night before our cruise $190/night. There was hair in the shower and they only provided linens for two people and there were four of us. We stayed the night we got back from the cruise and they charged us $253/night and $50 for “early check in”, so total over $300/night. Again, the shower was dirty, linens for two, and there isn’t an ice machine on the property. They say cruise port shuttle service, but for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), it was $102 round trip. The breakfast was good. The pool area was clean. The staff seemed bothered by our presence. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. On top of all of this, it’s in a sketchy area. On the weekend the breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00 and we had to leave for the airport at 7:00 so for $300/night we basically got a dirty room with no amenities whatsoever.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was not great. I called 4 times from the airport and no one was answering the phone. I kept leaving voicemails but no one was checking the messages. We ended up waiting an hour at the airport for the free airport shuttle.

Almost everything I had to pay for parking

Breakfast was offered for free. Plenty of towels The bathroom door and front door were potentially touching.

Please remember to ask about License Plate, because when I first left the property it took a long time to get out of the gate. I texted and called the number. Apparently I was not in the system when I checked in. This is the first time I experienced a parking scenario like this.
