Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ft Lauderdale Airport/Cru by IHG

Very clean, well-maintained facilities. Comfortable room. Super helpful staff. Very good value for money. Very convenient location to the cruise terminal. The hotel provided info on a third-party cruise terminal shuttle van, which worked out fine. The design is simple and spare, but everything you need is there. The included breakfast is pretty minimal.

Great hotel not far from the cruise port, so ideally situated for going on a cruise. Used Uber to get to cruise port at a cost of $13 as opposed to using shuttle used by the hotel which would have cost around $50.

Superb

Passable

When we have 6 travelers and pay for a suite with pull out couch, we need that. They were apparently fully booked and gave us a small 2 queen room without telling us. They refunded $20 and we slept MISERABLY. They said it was our fault for booking only 2 people and I don’t even recall doing that. And it shouldn’t matter. We are still waiting on a fix or compensation

Staff was fine. Breakfast good, close to cruise port. Great pick-up from airport to hotel.

Excellent, nice staff, breakfast great!

The staff was friendly, it was very easy to locate, very close to the cruise port/airport. Our room had water damage and there was slight mold growing in the bathroom. This set off my husband and I’s allergies so badly we didn’t sleep. The room other than that was clean but the water damage needed to be addressed. One elevator was also out of order during our stay so the caused a lot of crowding

Front desk very helpful when arriving and and was early so accommodating with luggage until could check in 10/10 on arrival on the 10/09/2026 morning guy if you ever wanted someone to show how it should be done and train by example this is your guy highly recommend Evening front desk lady was kind of rude when over whelmed but when slowed down was pleasant and helpful would work on this or not put on busy hours as it’s a big no for returning customers as a first impression

Just what we needed. Breakfast was a step above the rest. Rooms were slightly damp, but for 2 nights, we were very happy and comfortable. Staff were great.
