Clean room

The breakfast was amazing it saved me a trip to go and spend and miss the rush hour crowds and it was delicious. The AC in the room was really loud, so it was hard to fall asleep but had to have it on because it was hot.

We were pleasantly greeted by staff. Stayed in Room 708 had a view of Disney fireworks shows from the balcony. Free shuttle to and from Disney. Uber rides ran $11-$12. Holiday Inn staff were very kind to us throughout our stay. Room was very clean.

Room were clean. Breakfast good. Free parking. Shuttle to Disneyland did not work well. We tried to use it but they left few minutes earlier in the morning. At night it was not in the spot at the time it was informed by front desk.

In Breakfast other than fruits there were nothing for vegetarians and also since we booked from Expedia and not directly from them they had reminded us about the same for atheist 5 times during the stay

My friend and I were traveling by Amtrak. I chose this hotel because it was a well-rated hotel that was close to the Fullerton Transportation Center. The location worked out well for us. We took Lyft rides to the Transportation Center on both days that we were there, and the rides were quick and under $10. There's a bus route along Harbor Boulevard, which would be even less expensive. The hotel's area also has numerous places to get food and there's a Target store close by. The front desk staff were pleasant. Our beds were comfortable. There was ample counter space in the bathroom. The room was clean. We were not bothered by noise. The electrical outlets held our plugs firmly. We were able to buy bottled water in the lobby. We left early each morning, so we are not able to rate the breakfast. To sum up, our needs were met and we have no complaints. We would definitely return.

King bedrooms are always super spacious! Only about a 12 minute drive from Disney and lots of food options around!

location Yes granddaughter had bug marks on her behind and bottom part of stomach. Will take to doctor on Saturday when we return home to see if it was bed bugs. She did not have these marks when she went to bed the at night.

Limited parking.

Staff was amazing! Rooms were so clean and they didn't look run down. Really good breakfast and parking was a little limited but they were doing construction which was understandable. Deff will be returning again!

Toilet leaked, had to ask for room service and breakfast was poor

Clean, quiet, good location, easy parking, plentiful breakfast.

The staff, especially Marissa. So sweet, caring and professional. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nothing really! Maybe just the shower that was either freezing or very hot-a little hard to adjust it correctly.
