Willow Tree Lodge

It was close to amenities. It was fairly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The cleaners were pleasant and helpful Although sofa and drapes needed a clean as left the room with a musty smell . Although when booking it stated breakfast was available I was not provided with any information on arrival about it or anything else. So went out for breakfast throughout my stay . Some noisy neighbours . During rain overflow was right outside my front door which made a lot of noise during night

Exceptional

Kind owner let me stay for one night with my two cats without charging me additional fees. Very clean and nice rooms. Older rooms but very clean and new. Plus room had a couch which my cats loved.

Front guy was rude and racist Nothing

Friendly staff

Pleasant

Room was clean and comfortable. Minor items, like outlet covers missing, some paint peeling, etc. Walls a bit thin, noise travels through.

It’s in a great location—close to many shops and a food court—so you don’t have to drive far to get to places. The room we were given had bedspreads with holes in them that looked unwashed, and the refrigerator still contained items left by previous guests.

Everything was ok

The person in the office was nice. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed.

Clean room service fast

Passable

Nothing to like! The sheets were dirty, there’s was bugs on the bed. The walls had boogers. Just not clean at all!

fantastic staff clogged drain, didn't report tried clearing it, didn't work

Near everything

Good

Cheap place to stay that accepts cash. Yes you get what you pay for. Close to Starbucks (across the side street) and across the large street a block down is In n Out. Perfect for food options day or night. Otherwise it's in an unsafe neighborhood. Besides just looking around my 2nd floor room bathroom has bars on the window. I mean I do feel safer if bars are needed that I have them, but that's a bad sign in general from a safety perspective.

Everything Nothing

Easy parking

Friendly staff. Convenient location.
