Peaceful and quietness . Breakfast time there was a man whom was cuffing in front of the food and no one was there to tell him to wear a mask or cover himself with a napkins when approaching the food everyone ate , not very sanitary, there should be be a staff member watching over that so it does not put others at risk of catching his germs.

Save your sanity and get a restful sleep by requesting a room not facing the freeway.

The manager charge me $900 for a two night stay. Not once did house keeping stop by. After checking out the front desk lady said we never paid and that there was no card on file. NEVER COMING BACK!!

Everything was nice from the moment I arrived. Staff were very polite and helpful. The beds and pillows were just right. Amenities were provided but without water. I had to use tap water. However, everything else was great. Thank you

We always stay here when traveling to Anaheim, rooms are always clean staff is very helpful. Location is great ! Highly recommend.

It's a busy hotel (based on the parking lot and people walking around). The parking availability was good and the front desk staff were very helpful and professional. I would use this hotel again.

2nd time staying here. The hotel offer parking on site, rooms comes with free breakfast and shuttle to Disneyland at a scheduled time. The place needs makeover. The front desk looks nice but the hallways are not. Some amenities not working either during my stay. Sad to see this place getting destroyed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient if you are traveling on a budget.

On my last night around 2 am I found 2 baby roaches one on the table near the tv, and one on the wall closest to one of the beds. I informed the front desk about it but nothing was done. Very disappointing.

Room was clean. No free wifi as advertised. The staff said it can be "spotty" on weekends. I stayed sun to Mon. No wifi connection whatsoever. I was unable to work. The free or included or breakfast was eggs, oatmeal, dry cereal, bread, bagels and eggo waffles. There was no meat. Coffee. Tea. Juice. Apples. A few other folks staying mentioned they had been there a few days and had had sausage with their breakfast and were shocked it was not available Mon morning. Staff had no answer. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were able to request a small refrigerator and microwave to use while we stayed, in our room. but, the outlet frequently seemed to short out or just turn off. So the appliances would power off. The tv remote had poor connectivity and the TV did not have buttons to change menu or channels. We were unable to watch TV in the morning altogether. It worked in the evening and we could change channels but were unable to use the guide. In the morning it was as if the remote disconnected completely. Parking was free.

Staff was terrible at helping us check in, took about an hour to check in and they gave us keys to a reserved room twice.

The hotel is nice but it need a good make over . It needs a fresh paint job and change the carpet .

Property looked outdated and not maintained. Rooms had a musty smell. No lights on in pool area at night or towels available. Heard a couple fighting from their room with housekeeping and staff in the hallway hearing it all and not even stopping the situation or looking concerned. Only good thing about the hotel was breakfast provided in the morning and staff was friendly at front desk. If you just need somewhere to sleep for the cheapest in the area this would be the place to stay.
