Comfort Inn & Suites Harvey - Chicago Southland

Exceptional

The facility needs to return my cancellation amount I spoke with a lady there she told me that she is going to talk to her manager to come back the next day the day I was going to check out. But on that day I went there she said something totally different that her manager just left. They need to return my money. Booking.com I need the amount back.

The place is dated in in need of repair. However, the property was clean.

Had good breakfast Didn’t have any wash clothes, toilet paper holder was broken, handle came off sink, we were only given 1 wash clothe, 3 towels and one hand towel and told we had to wait until 10am to get more. I just went to Walmart and bought some.

Loved it,

The toilet had urine in it when we arrived. There was hair everywhere in the shower. The pillows smelled bad. The whole property was not well upkept. The staff had us enter another room to get additional towels as they said they only do laundry once a week. I do not recommend staying here.

First stay experience was horrible! Toilet seat was dirty, a/c had a leak. Instead of them coming to clean up the water on the floor they gave me towels to put under the unit. TV didn’t work, curtains had burnt holes in them. I will never stay at this property again

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. However, when we requested a room change, we were told there were no other rooms available. The location was much further from the city center than we expected. The website listed it as 3.9 miles, but it felt significantly further away.

Everything was nice. They were able to find solutions to minor issues. Very quiet and relaxing.

Very poor

I like the room they give me and when I went in even though I saw a stain on the sofa but everything else was good the staff was very helpful

They did not give me a room. Said it was overbooked and they can’t help me.

Breakfast was late to start and was horrible. Coffee was cold and the hallway smells like weed.

Beds were clean. Air conditioner worked well. I like to sleep in 60 degrees at night. Breakfast not a good variety. No waffle batter for waffles. Only cereal, toast and yogurt to eat.

Room seemed to had been occupied since i checked in late

I had 3 different rooms provided to me because the rooms did not have hot water or air conditioning

Place is a fraud New employees new owners

La habitación estaba amplia pero el piso estaba muy sucio ,

Bad

No one was at the front desk. We reserved a room but when we got there they said there was no available room. It would be better if there was a way of informing us through email.
