Nothing They did not give us room even after we had confirmed reservation from booking.com. They stated that, we are overbooked and they can not give room to third party booking. This was never communicated to us anytime until we travel 7 hours there. Front desk lady was very rude and didn’t offer to help and argued with us that you should have called to confirm. We had to find new place in middle of night with kids. Horrible experience ever with the htel and staff.

Standard side of the highway hotel. Pool was closed for renovations. Everything smells like weed. It was quiet and room was okay.

It was clean & very organized with room / bedding etc. & location. Rude staff & not good at problem solving for great service or not coming up with a solution in a situation that is their fault. (Such as a flood in my room starting from the window by ac all the way to the bed where I get out the bed feet first my socks were wet & soaked .

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Not clean and in a state of disrepair. I found close to 10 large dead bugs in the room. Outside the room was a significant water leak from the ceiling that looked to have been there for some time with no attempt to remedy. Consistently terrible experience throughout - room had a strong musty smell, air conditioner rattled loudly and was covered in dust and grime, internet did not work, armchair was broken, paint, dirt and rocks everywhere on the floor.

There was dirty towels left in my room and all they offered to do was replace the towels

The noise level wasn't good. I did tell staff and it stopped gir a while. Then later on my boyfriend while I was sleeping he said the noise continued.
