Best Western Plus South Holland/Chicago Southland

The breakfast and staff I thought it was closer to downtown and I thought it was not worth $200 a night.

Room was comfortable, nice shower, clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t good and no pool.

I loved everything about this property! Especially how I can create my own bonfire in front! It’s such a cozy and comfortable outdoor space!

Breakfast was a nice addition and actually had decent items.

Check in went well and the agent that checked me in was nice. The mattress being on a platform bed is not comfortable. After the second night, my back was killing me. The breakfast also did not look appetizing and there were certain items that were unavailable. The biggest issue I also had is the signage stating that you can’t take any breakfast items back to your room however you have a microwave refrigerator and a table for two in your room. I’m not understanding the logic behind that. I should not be forced to eat breakfast in the common area if I want to get my items and go back to the privacy and comfort of my room.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, clean bathroom and room, friendly and attentive staff. Nothing. It was a great stay.
