Beds where soft and clean Low pressure in shower, and kinda of annoying that I had to check in talking to a guy on a computer when they have a desk clerk(lobby definitely was not busy) and breakfast was very limited and looked over cooked

Quiet area and reasonable price for booking. I also like that they offer a shuttle to take you to the airport and other places if you didn't have transportation. The hotel desk attendant was very nice and pleasant and made our check in process easy.

Nothing!!! Both nights I stayed they did not find my booking through booking.com. And I was lucky to get ahold of them when calling directly to the hotel.

The breakfast was good. There's always coffee and water to drink at all times. The cleaning crew can't be trusted. Please take your valuables with you or lock them up in a safe place. However, the receptionists were very nice and willing to help when asked

The bed was the only thing that was good with this motel. If you are a couple staying overnight only-maybe, only if you have no other option. There are no spaces to put your clothing. There were like 5 hangers by the tiny bathroom sink. There were hairs in the tub. Oh, there is a whirlpool tub by the sofa bed and no privacy screening so if you have a 3rd person sharing a room-they have to come through your room to use the restroom. The pool was questionable- and didn't have breakfast but it didn't look like much. I asked the nice attendant when checking out the next day if I were to cancel, would I be charged a fee. She said not through them but gave me a number to call that didn't direct me to anywhere that was helpful. I disputed with Booking.com to see if I could be refunded the early charge- I was informed that they had not received a response from the facility and to contact them directly. I emailed a few days ago with no response. I am a frequent Booking.com consumer but On this trip I have found better and more affordable and wonderful accommodations by just checking in same day. I am seriously reconsidering this option in the future.

Breakfast doesn’t consist of much other than toast and muffins that seem to of been frozen. 2 cereal options. Not too bad. Outside had quite a bit of trash

This property is poorly managed. When voiced concern to staff they say a dis genuine apology. The breakfast is a complete joke and the bus shuttle from the airport is extremely unreliable. They one one shuttle company for about 9 hotels. Honestly not worth a single dime I spent. The only positive thing is the microwave and fridge on the room but aside from this I would suggest doing a little bit of a research before booking.

It was a convenient location to stay the night before our flight.

The room was clean and appeared to have been recently refreshed. It had a large TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, desk and chair, and a nicely updated vanity area. The room was comfortable overall, although there was very little storage for clothing other than the hanging area. I also noticed a few paint spots left behind from the refresh that could use some finishing attention. The biggest issue during my stay was the airport shuttle service. The shuttle serves multiple hotels, which isn't a problem by itself, but the routing and communication could be much more consistent. I waited about an hour to be picked up at DFW, and the shuttle signage made it difficult to identify the correct vehicle. For my return trip to the airport, I followed the instructions to sign up in advance and be in the lobby 10–15 minutes early. I was also told our hotel would be the last hotel stop before heading to the airport, but we made additional hotel stops afterward. A shared shuttle can work well, but having a consistent route and giving guests accurate information about what to expect would make the service much more reliable. Overall, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The shuttle experience was the main thing that held the stay back and could use improvement.

The staff was less than helpful. I still waiting to have my security deposit returned and they have not answered a phone call or message
