Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

Rooms don’t have working a/c. We were put into a room that had cat pee smell and you could tell a cat was in there. It was really disgusting and I will NOT ever stay here again I would sleep in my car first. They did compensate me for part of my stay but it was a horrible experience. Find a different hotel for a couple of bucks more

I liked the large room. Table kitchen and couch area was great. Room size was great I didn’t like the breakfast. No non dairy options. No hot water for tea. No gluten free options. Oatmeal packets would be nice. Hotel was run down and looked worn lutz needs an update.

The fact that I could have my dog there. The kitchen in the room was a bit run down. To breakfast sausage tasted old and nasty. I had to spit it out I was afraid I was going to get sick from it. Would have been nice to have some homemade scrambled eggs and gravy for the biscuits. Gravy was very bland.

Like the fact that it was close to a lot of business easy to get to

Kevin was awesome! He was able to get us a room near a door to accommodate our dog. The room was huge and the breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and more! Bed was very comfortable. Thank you!

Staff and cleanliness No pool

It looked decently maintained, perhaps on the newer side. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. It was perfectly adequate for my needs, but not much more. I didn’t care for the location, right off a major Boulevard.

24 hour staffed desk is nice! Our room must have been an old smoking room because it smelt like a 50 year old ash tray. We were hardly in the room so didn’t complain but did notify upon checkout.
